    Left my baby lock serger to be cleaned and cutting blade replaced on December 6,2022.I was to be able to pick up my machine between January 5/10. I paid in advance because I have used **** ********* in the pass with no problems and I wrongly trusted him. I have call several times leaving a voice mail. No Response. I have left two Text messages requesting an appointment to pick up my serger. Appointment has not been verified. What can I do to get my Baby Lock back .

    Business has kept vacuum for 9 months and will not answer repeated answer machine messages left. We live in Houston and have repeatedly gone by business to get it after no response to no
    Avail. We found message on door saying please be patient intended for everyone trying to resolve problems with his no contact. We paid almost $1000 for service contract and he still has my vacuum. Same complaints as others no communication and no service for 9 months. Took our money and took our vac. Very haphazard way of doing business totally disorganized when you are in business with machines broken into parts everywhere, phone ringing not answered, and customers at door wanting to leave and pickup. He even left cash on counter in full view and reach of customers while he left room. I want my vac and contract refund

    I brought my singer sewing machine in for repairs on 11-18-21. **** told me it would be ready after the holidays. It had been damaged due to being in a trailer house during the hurricane. He charged me $570.99 for the cleaning and repairs. I started checking on the status of my machine after March of 2022. I would call and leave messages. He never responded. I went up to the business to check on it. I was told it would be a couple more months. I called back in June. No response. I went and checked on it. Still not ready, needed more time. I kept checking and calling. He needed more time for the repairs. I went back after calling and leaving text messages. He told me next month. I went back the next month. He then informed me he needed two more weeks. In September, I continued to call and message **** leaving messages. Everytime I went to check on it he needed two more weeks. He never returned any of my messages I left or texted. I finally went back on 11-1-22. He assured me that he wanted to fine tune the tension and that he wanted it perfect for me and it would be ready on or before 11-11-22. I tried calling him again on 11-11-22. No response. I gave him one more week to call me back. On 11-18-22 I went to Whites and the first thing he said to me was " I need more time". I said no. I need my machine back. It's been one year and all I have gotten is excuses. I want my machine back. He said I will not refund any money. He then went and got my machine, put it in my car and told me I could bring it back if I changed my mind. It has been one year, $570.99 for nothing. I cannot believe it has been that long, that much money and I can't even turn the wheel. It does not work at all. Completely froze up. You can see rust all over it. My deceased Sister gave this machine to me before she died. It was her first and only sewing machine. I was a client of his for several years. I'm so disappointed in this place of business. I have my paperwork where I paid in full on 11-18-21.
