      On 3/11/2022 I had an inside outside unit put in **** cash. The unit broke down 12/08/2022 I called them and they wanted to charge 336.00$ to come out for a unit that's not even a 1yr old. My unit is backing up and Stuarts don't stand behind there products.

      We are sorry that you are having an issue with the relatively new A/C System **********************. I see that you purchased a Complete A/C System Replacement in March of this year, a 14 SEER condenser with electric heating. The List Price for this system was $9,904.81, however, you waived the LABOR WARRANTY to gain a discount on the new system. I see that we discounted the price by $1,675.81, and the final total was $8,229.69. That is why you were quoted a service/diagnostic fee to troubleshoot the system. I will speak to our Service Manager to see what we can offer you. I would like to see you become a FULL ************* WARRANTY CUSTOMER, worry FREE for *****. Expect a call from us on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022. *********************** President *********************

      I had Stuart Services come to my home to get an estimate for our home electrical panel upgrade to code compliance. ** came out and gave me an outrageous estimate of $4700.00, however, due to time crunch we went with this company since no one else had responded to my calls. We gave him the $2000 deposit requested and I reluctantly signed the job contract. Immediately upon his leaving I received a call from my original electrician of choice, whom we had used many times prior. He came out the following morning, pointed out items on Stuart Services breakdown that was NOT code and quoted $2125.00 to do the complete job to code. For example, one item priced comparison just for the Parish permit was $800 from Stuart Services but was $165 from our electrician. I called Stuart Services immediately to cancel the contract (well within 24 hours) and refund my $2000 of which I had to leave a message as such. They ignored my cancellation request call and showed up at my home anyway on their said install date. We turned them away explaining why to their technician and still received no phone call from their office. We then found out that we now had a pulled permit dilemma since they had already filed permit in their name so our electrician could not. Our other electrician was on his way to do the job at this time while trying to resolve all of this enroute. We did resolve this headache finally and our electrician did an awesome job!! Passed inspection and we have no more problems except Stuart Services' lingering nightmare. As of this date, we are still fighting to get our deposit back from Stuart Services, or at least part allowing for the correct $165 permit fee (not $800 as Stuart Services stated) and their technician's pay rate only for his time of showing up. This should be no more than $500 agreeable. This is a rip-off price gouging company and they will not return our calls. They are quick to show up and quick to take your money and keep it. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

      Technician came to my house to use compressed air to clean the drain line. He was there less than 30 minutes. They charged me $336.00. This was outrageous. How could they charge me $336.00? Do not ever use this company. I have called 2 other companies regarding their charges for this and it was less than $150.00.DO NOT USE STUART SERVICES!!!!!

      $269.00 to come out and tell me what is wrong with the water heater! I can tell them whats wrong, it isnt freaking working! Trying to rip off people especially the elderly.
