      Altus has contacted me twice via email - on March 9 and March 23 - and used no other form of communication to collect $869.20 for ADP reference LC/4GU. They are threatening to report my business for non-payment over "numerous attempts to contact me". However I have already paid the debt that they are allegedly trying to collect, directly to ADP on March 6, and verified receipt from ADP on March 7.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Associated ****************** **** for unresolved disputes regarding invoiced charges for services that have not been adequately substantiated. Despite multiple requests for detailed proof of service to justify the charges issued, such evidence has not been provided, making it impossible for Yes Sales **** to verify the legitimacy of the claimed amounts.The crux of the dispute lies in the lack of documentation supporting the invoiced services and the refusal of Associated ****************** **** to engage in constructive dialogue for resolution. Our attempts to resolve this matter directly have been met with insistence on payment without the necessary justification, culminating in their decision to mark our file as a 'refusal to pay' and threatening further action.Resolution Sought:Yes Sales **** seeks the following resolution from Associated ****************** **** through the intervention of the BBB:A comprehensive review of the disputed invoices with the provision of concrete proof of the services charged.An amicable resolution to the dispute that acknowledges the lack of sufficient evidence provided thus far.The nullification of the disputed charges in the absence of verifiable proof of service.We believe that such steps are necessary to ensure fairness and transparency in resolving this issue. Yes Sales **** is committed to fulfilling any verified financial obligations but must insist on accountability and evidence as the basis for any charges incurred.

      I have fallen victim to identity theft, encountering unauthorized transactions and suspicious activities associated with my identity. Although I have filed a police report, I require assistance in resolving this matter.       Im not liable for this debt with RECEIVABLES ********. I dont have a contract with the collection agency trying to collect this debt. They did not provide me with the original contract when requested.

      We were contacted by a representative from Altus Receivables Management claiming we had two outstanding invoices from ************** Services for a subscription to Amazon Business Prime membership. We do not have an Amazon Business account or a Business Prime membership. We are a small non-profit and would not benefit from a Business Prime membership. We are concerned this is fraudulent.

      We have received collection notices from this company in the mail, and we do not know what they are for. We have several different LLCs, and two of them have received notices. The two companies have each received two separate notices, the account numbers are different on each one, and they are trying to collect the exact same amount for the two different entities. It seems to be a scam/fraudulent. I have tried calling the company many times to look into these notices, and each time the line is disconnected and I am not able to speak with anybody.

      This company has contacted us claiming that we have a debt to one of our vendors. The debt has been paid directly to the vendor after they corrected a computer glitch that did not enable to process payment. Even though we informed Altus that it was paid they are continuing to harass us by mail and by phone and treating us to file against us with the credit reporting companies. They are making false claims and refusing to provide debt information we requested. On the top of that they are sending harassing and threating emails.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The letter they sent is dated 10/26/2023. They state that they will not contact us again in this matter.

      Attached is a letter we received from them on 10/27/2023. Clearly they are continuing to harass us even though we have repeatedly told them that we made payment to our vendor and they should seek conformation from them.

      They also called on 10/26 despite their letter with the same date.

      *********************** from Altus Receivables Management has been awful to deal with. They are stating we owe a debt to a company that we never received services from. Beware of this company if you are contacted by them!
