Instructions on how to use the kiosk was very confusing especially for a senior citizen. I looked around to find someone to help but nobody was there. I never left view of my car I called the phone number and the person on the phone couldnt hear me. I then got back in my car and left. Being that it was a rental car I got a letter saying that they took ****** out of my credit card 145 for the fine and 30 for a fee from the rental car company. They say that I was only allowed to spend 15 minutes before I was going to be fined. They said I was there for 28 minutes. No where does it say that I have 15 minutes to figure out how to pay. I want them to refund my money and pay the fee to my rental car company. How do I take legal action against these predators who are giving the city of *********** a bad reputation. Thank youBusiness Response

Unfair $20 Administration Fee by Premium Parking Despite Honest Mistake and Evidence Provided. I am submitting this complaint in hopes of resolving an unfair charge placed against me by Premium Parking.I recently received a parking ticket from Premium Parking due to an honest mistake. Upon realizing the error, I acted quickly and provided clear proof that it was unintentional. Despite this, I am now being charged a $20 administrative feea charge that feels punitive and unnecessary, especially given the **************** a working mother already managing significant financial responsibilities, I simply do not have the extra money to pay this fee. While $20 may seem minor to a large company like Premium Parking, it represents grocery money or gas for someone like me. I believe my case demonstrates good faith, and I respectfully ask for all associated fees to be waived.I am not trying to avoid responsibilityI simply ask for understanding, fairness, and a resolution that doesnt penalize those who are already doing their best.Thank you for reviewing my complaint and helping advocate for a fair outcome. To Whom It May Concern,I am filing this complaint against Premium Parking for issuing a fraudulent parking violation against me, despite the fact that I used and paid for valet parking at the ******************************* on the night of May 23, ******* is standard with any valet service, I was required to return the validated ticket to the valet attendant in order to retrieve my vehiclethis means that I no longer had possession of the parking ticket, which also served as the proof of payment. I received my car back without issue, which would have been impossible had I not paid the parking fee.Despite this, Premium Parking issued a violation notice claiming there was no record of payment. I contacted their customer ********************** multiple times, clearly explaining the valet process and the hotel's involvement. I even contacted the hotel directly, and they assured me they would work to resolve this matter. Premium Parking, however, continues to dismiss the facts and insists on demanding payment without cause. This appears to be part of a broader pattern of predatory practices, as many similar complaints about Premium Parking can be found online. Their refusal to acknowledge standard procedures for valet parkingespecially at a hotel they partner withis deceptive, and their continued attempts to collect unwarranted fees is unacceptable.I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken against Premium Parking for its misleading and unfair business practices.Business Response

It is unfortunate that I had to report their deceptive business practices in order to receive a resolution for a violation that never existed.
I will accept this "VOID" as a valid responsealthough, in reality, you cannot void something that never existed. Unfortunately, I wasted far too much time dealing with an issue that should have been resolved easily, were it not for their corrupt system.
I sincerely hope this does not happen to anyone else, and that appropriate actions are taken so that they are fined and ultimately lose their license to operate in ********

The business placed scattered signs on the ground in a parking lot, many of which had blown over and were face down and/ or not pointed in a direction that drivers could see them. There was no delineation where their portion of an open parking lot began and the rest of the free parking lot ended. They clearly do not make their revenue from hourly parking and instead by charging victims who do not see their poor signage. In this case it was $76.00 for parking in an open parking lot for 1 hour ($26 for unpaid parking plus a $50 fee). This is a predatory practice.Business Response

On 5/10/2025, I parked my vehicle in this company's P3054 South Congress Garage on *** St. in ******, **. I paid $25.40 on the company's website for 2 hrs. of parking; when paying, I correctly entered my license plate as *******. I ALSO validated the parking at the ******************* restaurant around the corner. I received a text confirmation that my parking had been validated; the text included the correct plate number. I left the garage at 3:11 p.m., before the expiration times of the paid parking (3:30 p.m.) and the validated parking (3:43 p.m.). Several days later I received a "parking ticket" in the mail from this company, asserting that I had not paid for the parking on 5/10 and demanding an "unpaid parking fee" of $10 and a "ticket amount" of $50. I downloaded the receipt for my paid parking, and lo and behold, it had the wrong license plate number: ******* instead of the correct number, RSF7865. I know that I entered RSF7865, and if you look at a numeric keypad, there is no way to accidentally type 2375 when you mean to type 7865. I filled out the company's dispute form, which said they would reply within 72 hrs. When I finally got a reply 2 weeks later, I expected to read that the company would correct their error and credit the parking fee that I had in fact paid (not to mention that I ALSO validated the parking, and the validation WAS recorded with the correct license plate number). However, what the reply said was that they were going to reduce the "citation" from $60 to $15. This is ridiculous. It reminds me of the kind of bargaining you have to do with corrupt cops in 3rd world countries when they threaten you with an unjustified ticket. I did pay for this parking; I entered my license plate number correctly when I paid; I had the parking validated at the restaurant; and the company sent confirmation texts for the validation that contained the correct license plate number. There is absolutely no justification to demand ANY additional money from me.Business Response

Parked in a parking lot without an attendant to dine at ****************** on South Congress. I entered all of my information into an iPad upon entering the restaurant for dinner. I received validation. Apparently, unbeknownst to me my validation exceeded 2 hours by 40 minutes. Again, no attendant upon leaving the parking structure. I receive a BILL and threat of Collections and "Subject to Booting/Towing" notice in the mail for the extra 40 minute over time. I went on their site an that amount would have been $12. There is no "manager" to speak with the calls are outsourced to a person in another country and he can not "do anything" after a 15 minute wait I finally hung up and and decided to reach out to BBBBusiness Response

Invoice # *******. I paid to park in this lot May 24 2025. I used my credit card at the pay station located on the parking lot grounds. I had placed the receipt on the dashboard of my vehicle. I returned to my vehicle prior to the time expiring where I noticed a ticket on my windshield. While still sitting in the parking lot, I called the phone number listed on the parking invoice / ticket. While I was still sitting in the parking lot the employee of the company that I was talking with submitted an appeal on my behalf, the appeal was denied. The reason for the denial was because I provided a proof of payment with a date of May 1 2025. Not sure how they came up with that date as the receipt on the dashboard clearly stated 05/24/2025 in bold letters. Now they want me to pay a fine of $73.00 on top of what I have already paid. Reluctantly, I have paid this fine so it does not get sent to collections. I noticed when I paid the fine there were pictures taken of my vehicle, the receipt is clearly shown on the dashboard of my vehicle. I have tried multiple times to get this fine voided but this company is unwilling to do so.Business Response

I parked on a garage on ********************* on 3/29/2025. I used their signage to text the lot number and be directed to payment. I paid an exact amount of *****. I was there for 1 hour and ********************************************************************************************************************* they are willing to reduce the ticket from 50 to ************************************************************************************************** Did not try to look it up with the card I used. I disputed it again because I provided my bank statements that include the date of the transaction. I also included the text messages with time stamps of when I was requiring the link to the garage. I talked to customer support on a call and they said they ended up seeing the transaction but because the license was inputted incorrectly that was the reason of the ticket. I then asked for proof of how the license was inputted and they could not provide that, I also asked for the receipt on their end and I did in fact get that but the dispute is still not being dismissed. I also asked the reason why I did not receive a receipt in the first place and they said because I checked in as a guest but when I go back and try to pay for a parking now the guest option is not available. I see that other people have had similar issues and it seems like the parking premium is scamming others as well. In the notice and decision they say if not paid they will send me to collections and could tow my car. I emailed after the decision asking them to reconsider given the proof of purchase and they dismissed my email and just said that I needed to pay the 37 dollars. I also put in the dispute May 5th and I did not receive an answer until May 30th. Which is more time than what they had stated it would take to contact me back.Business Response

I received a parking violation for parking at a mall even though when I logged into the website to attempt to pay for parking it said there was no parking fee due at that time. I left a couple hours later after making purchases at multiple stores. I've been later received a notice in the mail saying that I had not paid $50 for parking and then there was a fee on top of it for not paying. When I logged into their website to look for contact information to contest this I noticed there is a option to request validation I attempted to submit a appeal form but when I hit the submit button it will not go through on their website. In my appeal I detailed that I had been shopping at multiple places submitted a receipt and multiple credit card purchases that I had not kept the receipt for because they were not major items that I was worried about needing to return.I then called their phone number to let them know I was having a issue submitting the appeal. They gave me a email address to contact to request the appeal. I was then responded to with the information that was needed to file the appeal via email. When I responded with this information I was sent a link to go to the appeal form which I then again attempted to do and could not submit it. I have sent multiple emails attempting to let them know about this issue each one is replied to with a link to the form. I now am unable to get through when I attempt to call them. There is a option when you call to request a call back when I do receive the call back it hangs up when I answer.Business Response

5-12-25 I had training at the *****************. The parking garage was marked as convention center parking. I parked there and expected to pay while exiting. The exit arm was up in the afternoon so I drove out. This is common with a handful of parking garages. Not only did I receive a notice to pay the fee, I was given a 200% ticket on top of the fee with a photo of my license plate. This garage is clearly using this as a revenue source rather than making it simple to park and pay. Why have an arm at all if it's unnecessary? Why have the arm down in the morning and up in the afternoon?Business Response
