      I am filing this complaint against Premium Parking regarding three parking tickets they claim were issued to my vehicle while I was attending Track Fitness Club in downtown Phoenix.
      Each time I parked in that lot, I used the gym’s iPad system to validate my license plate exactly as instructed. Despite doing this, Premium Parking has listed three violations against me. However, they only ever placed one physical ticket on my car. The other two were never left on my windshield, and since they have no access to my name, address, phone number, or credit card information, they could not have properly notified me.
      I discovered the additional two violations only by checking their website manually. That means I was never given a fair opportunity to respond, and they cannot claim due process was followed. They also cannot prove I was parked there at the time they claim there is no documentation for those two tickets, no ticket on my vehicle, no mailed invoice, no email, nothing.
      Even worse, the timestamp on the one physical ticket I did receive does not match the time recorded in their online system for that same violation. This inconsistency calls the accuracy and integrity of their enforcement process into serious question. It shows that their system is fraudulent.
      I have verified check-in records from the gym that show I was inside the building at the time of the printed invoice.
      I am currently consulting with legal counsel. If these charges are not dismissed, I am prepared to escalate this matter further through formal legal channels and file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.
      I request that Premium Parking:
      Immediately dismiss all tickets associated with my license plate and cease enforcement efforts related to these invalid charges
      This experience has caused unnecessary stress and appears to be part of a larger pattern of poor system design and aggressive, unfair enforcement tactics.

      Premium Parking is not professional with ")" customer service greedy scam organization. 10' parking (over allowed 2 hrs from whole Foods) in Downtown Miami. I wrote to them, I explained my health condition-they didn't answer in their promised 72hrs ( no answer in 100 hrs) and just hit and run with my$90. Shame!!! Are you proud of your "work" Premium Parking??!!

      Poor customer service, cheat customers by changing prices daily without prior notice. Called agent to set up parking and she charged me an extra day. When I called back to inform her she said I need to wait after time expired. To request refund. After requesting refund I was denied saying no refunds and when I called back to speak to a supervisor nu was told I had to wait until next day. Very horrible company cheating people out of money and I hope this company goes bankrupt. Avoid using any of their parking locations even if you have to use an Uber

      Premium Parking charges exorbitant rates and bills customers for the time it takes for their inefficient app to work. The app would not take my card which I used before and after Parking at other vendors. It took me 20 minutes to get the app to wrk. Do not park at any Pemium Parking lots as the cost is very high and it's a hassle. Although I don't know ow if you can find any other place to park in the City of ************************************* Parking seems to have a monopoly. I probably won't go to the city for an event or entertainment or a restaurant for a very long time due to the parking situation

      I sent my payment though my credit card and the said they didn't receive it and gave me a $65 ticket. They fraud people!! I disputed it and they did nothing!! **** AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!

      Parked here with friend on 3/1/25 I drove and she paid for parking.$39.95 Found an unreserved spot and paid thru QR code posted, I get ticket in the mail weeks later for $98 for "no permit". I immediately appealed online and sent them copy of charge from my friends credit card, which was listed at "katapr cloud". They said charge was not listed as "premium parking" so we would have to pay. About the same time my friend said they tried to charge her again on 4/1 for same amount. Bank said it was set up as a revolving charge. Bank has since removed charge and blocked any charges from them. When I called them back to complain again, they said they changed fine to $15 as a complimentary gesture. I have not and will not pay the $15. This is a racket- we paid $39.95 plus service fee for 2 hrs which I think is a crime. This puts a bad eye on NOLA and I warn everyone I know about this scam.

      This company exploits people and is a scam. They charge outrageous fees for parking, are very quick to fine 10x the amount of the original fee and do NOT have a legitimate appeals process. The worst kind of business.

      I believe myself and others may be taken advantage of due to high demand for Mardi Gras parking. I was charged $68 for eight hours which I understand. However, I tried to extend my time by just two hours and I got charged $56. That’s unacceptable. As someone who works solely on tips in the French quarter, New Orleans, this is highway robbery and no company should be allowed to take advantage of people is this way. It’s completely unacceptable and this needs to be changed.

      Unfortunately the BBB will not allow me to formally lodge a complaint regarding the excessive fees charged by this company and the lack of accessible customer support. I was charged $50 for a ********************** fee for parking 34 minutes in excess of the $12.50 I paid for 3h parking. I would be more than willing to pay the $2 that represents the 34minutes over budgeted in the half-empty parking lot, however $50 in insanely excessive. I'd like to see a breakdown of where that figure comes from. This represents a 600% increase for those 34 minutes and 300% increase for the TOTAL amount of time in which I parked! How is that justifiable?! Is that not considered price gouging? In addition, I was given 15 days to pay the fine before the price increased, whoever despite the letter being sent from MD [my home state], I received it on the 12th day. Three days is hardly enough to give someone proper notification to pay. What if I was someone that needed to wait until payday to be able to afford this fine?Despite my efforts to contact this company to pay a different amount, I have found no available means to reach customer support. This lack of communication channels is highly concerning and unacceptable.

      I entered my charge card number to pay and got a bill in the mail for $60 due in a month. This is highway robbery. I will never park there again.
