      Don't use Bud ******** in Lowell, AR. We made the mistake using them after seeing their advertisement for the heater and ac tune up special. Mistake #1 the special price is not for both the heating and cooling units but a separate charge per each unit. Mistake #2 ($900 mistake for a $400 product that took them 10 minutes to install) we let them upsell use on the I-wave air purifying system with the sales rep/technician claiming it drastically reduces dust, removes particles and allergens from the air, and eliminate household odors. after using it for about 6 months it hasn't improved any of the things we were told it was supposed to do so we had the tech look at it at our spring tune-up. tech claimed the i-wave was operational despite it not doing anything they said it would do and told us that in order for it to work properly we needed to have our vents cleaned. which leads to Mistake #3 ($2000 Mistake) we paid for the vent cleaning in hopes that it would solve the I-Wave issue which it did not. During our recent fall tune up we mentioned this to the tech who told us he has never seen the I-wave work and that they don't even sell it any more and that we should call the office to discuss what options we have with it. I called the office to talk to a service manager which took 3 calls before I finally talked to one and he was dismissive of the issues I mentioned with the I-Wave and claims he had one installed in his home and it works wonders and told since we had it for just over a year now he wasn't certain there was anything he could do towards reimbursing us for it but he insured me he would call me back the next day to discuss further options. Well that call back has yet to arrive. Also had to have techs come out twice after they added cleaning chemicals to our ac condensate drain which clogged it and caused it to over flow into garage. 1st tech came and and unclogged it but broke the drain plug so another tech had to come fix the stuff the 1st two techs broke.

      I was told need to replace leaky coils and add special light for mold, for $7,100. Was shocked !! So had second opinion and was told coil not leaking at all, Meter read, and light not necessary since mold very slight and insignificant. Everything in good working order. I will never call them again. This was a shame. Tech rep said he needed to light pilot, NO PILOT LIGHT!! It's automatic.

      I strongly recommend Campion AC. From the first phone call to installation they exceeded my expectations. Cody came to my house for the initial inspection and quote. What an awesome gentleman. He's extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. Two days after the initial visit the installation was complete. Ernie installed the new unit in only 5-hours. Great installation and excellent service. The house was left sparkling clean. Champion AC is a first class company. Five stars!

      Were charged $1,300 to install 2 toilets, which took 2 hrs. to complete the job. Does not include price of toilets. Installer was great, but feel like weve been robbed.
