Very pleased with new roof and gutters by Garcia Roofing! This is the second roof we’ve had replaced by Garcia and once again they did a great job. They hand-nailed which is a top priority for quality workmanship. Our project manager, ******, went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and we were pleased with the end result. Garcia roofing and ****** were very prompt and efficient and did great work. We found a small problem that we didn’t detect on the first walk for the quote but they wanted to make it right and came back to fix it and was Great! They were very conscientious about the clean up after the job was finished trying to make sure they got all the nails dropped on the ground. 1 starOn Friday 10/18/2024 at approximate 06:00, workers from Garcia Roofing began to arrive at my house to install a new roof on my home. As they pulled up, I noticed, through my security camera system, that a brown vehicle was stopped in front of my house. The driver exited the vehicle. It was Border Patrol. He began tow question all of the workers at my house. By the he was finished, 4 workers were detained, the supervisor left in his Garcia truck, leaving a female work at my house, alone with 2 sets of keys to the trucks they left and 3 pallets of roofing supplies. My wife, being from Honduras, was able to speak with this young lady. Apparently she was the only one that had papers. I called Garcia, as well as, the project manager who was suppose to be onsite and was not, to inform them of what was occurring. The project manager said he was on his way but never showed up. The second call to ****, I was told he was at another job site and could not come to my home. My 3rd call to Garcia was no help either. I was told by **** that they were just discussing me at there morning meeting. Really? I imagine coffee and donuts were being served. We invited the young lady into our home. As you can imagine she was very upset. We never received a call checking up on her. Nor did they ever call back to apologize for what happened at my house. I was willing to continue but after the way they treated their own worker, well, I did not want them anywhere near my home. I am getting a copy of the Border Patrol report. My wife and I will determine our path forward after that. I was told that they have no responsibility to vet their workers. Something needs to be done with Garcia Roofing. Pathetic and Unprofessional.

5 starsI have used Garcia Roofing on 2 other roofing jobs and have been impressed each time with their employees’ work ethics. They put gutters on one year and the following came to put roof vents (whirly birds) on. This year it was a new roof and they did an amazing job. Know that they do sweep with a magnet to gather nails throughout the project, but you will still find nails so buy a nail finder (about $12). I highly recommend this company.Review fromTony S

5 starsFrom the moment I called for a quote, until the completion of my project, Garcia Roofing provided me with incredible service from top to bottom. They stripped, re-decked, fortified, re-shingled (hand nailing) my entire home in one day. They even completed a side project of redoing a flat roof over my patio and adding a pitch to it for drainage purposes, on that same day. When I got home there was almost no trace that they had been there other than a beautiful new roof.
Huge shout out to my project manager ****** ******** and my production manager ****** ******. These men were consummate professionals from top to bottom. ****** was honest and when doing our quote did not try to upsell us on unnecessary add-ons. He was upfront and laid out all our options and listened to our wishes. ****** stayed in constant communication and even provided me with a 260 picture slide show of construction from start to finish. Also worth noting they completed this project 2 DAYS AFTER Hurricane Francine!!
Overall I wish I could give Garcia Roofing 6 stars. There are so few companies these days that focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship without playing games, so these folks are a breath of fresh air in this industry. On top of all of this, certainly worthy of noting is that they came in averaging about $3,000 cheaper than the other 4 quotes I got from other area roofing companies. 2 of those other companies gave me quotes using only satellite photos of my home and did not physical inspection, which still baffles me. The only complaint I can give if you want to call it that is when we signed the contract we allowed ****** to put a "Garcia did my roof" sign in my front yard. The production crew moved it out of the way and did not put it back on the day of construction. So that evening I made sure to put the sign back out there because I am proud of the fact that my home has a Garcia roof!!Review fromArnold C

5 starsI highly recommend Garcia Roofing. The salesperson was punctual and provided recommendations for upgrades to a fortified roof, including flashing and secondary material that added more rain proofing. The on-site manager ensured all products and additional roof deck materials were available to prevent delays. The employees have great work ethics, very professional and were respectful. They were careful to prevent damage to the home, property and super job with the cleanup. My sincerest gratitude to Garcia Roofing and their outstanding Staff. My home looks great with the new roof.
