      Very satisfied with the Garcia experience. Our sales rep ****** ****** was with us from start to finish and all items bid in the contract were met with quality workmanship and professionalism - there were no surprises of hidden charges. Garcia delivered on every promise. The owner ******** ****** was present during the job. We were very impressed with the respect/care they showed for our property. We are happy to recommend Garcia Roofing.

      My husband and I decided to call Garcia Roofing to get a quote on a new roof for our home. First of all, we were very blessed to get **** ******, one of the roofing experts at Garcia. We enjoyed meeting with him, and was very satisfied with our decision to use Garcia. He came back with samples of roofing and explained everything to us from then to the actual installing of the roof. The next good thing was the hard workers that installed the roof. They were very polite and did a great job!!
      ******* ****, our onsite project manager made multiple trips to make sure everything was going well. He was very helpful and answered any questions we had.
      Overall, a job well done!! We would definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors!!!

      We just finished a major roofing event and it was the second time we chose Garcia. I am so glad we stayed with them. They are the hardest working people we have ever seen. They pay close attention to detail, they correct problems as they find/see them, and they do not hide or cover up anything. They were on my roof from 5AM and at 8PM at night on a 101 degree day, they were still working.
      They filmed the job from start to finish and provided me with all photos. A small section of my roof had been done incorrectly as if the previous rover did not know what to do. They did not flinch. They pulled it apart, installed new plywood and went right along as if nothing wrong had been there. While they were at my property they also removed a ridge vent on the shop behind our home which was too short & replaced it with a full length ridge vent.
      I want to say "Hat's off" to the Garcia Rep who discovered the roof damage, showed us what needed to be done, and stayed with us guiding us from start to finish. He was so helpful & his roofing crew worked so hard I can't imagine ever using any other company. I'm proud to say "Garcia did my roof !"

      Garcia did an excellent job! Everything was completed per the contract they took great care to pick-up everything after they had finished - they even cleaned out the gutters! *******, the project manager, was stopping by several times each day to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend Garcia for your roof replacement.

      GARICA ROOFING replace my roof with a new metal roof. about 2 & half years ago. it started leaking! they came out and said that it was bad workman ship! the 2 year workman ship has pass, that they could not fix it ? they done the job wrong! the flashing for the hold roof was at lease a 1'' high coming down hill and water cannot run up hill!

      Hired Garcia Roofing to replace my roof after Hurricane Ida. Biggest mistake I ever made and it’s not even close. Yes, I’ve been fighting this for two years! So many issues that I can’t go into all of them, but the main concern and start of the problems was their changing of the type of ventilation in my house. The air circulation has not been the same since. When it was under the two year workmanship warranty and I called with my issues, they would send “managers” out that would not want to even get on the roof to check it out. Finally they admitted that one of the whirlybirds was broken (it never ever worked right), topped off with the fact that the holes in my attic cut out for the whirlybirds were too small (their own assessment) so they attempted to fix that. At the same time, I pointed out that the vent pipe was leaning on top of my house and although they admitted a leveler was not properly used, they would come back to fix it. Never happened. The last I talked to a representative, she admitted that she forgot to put a work order in but would do so. After months of waiting, that was never done and now they will not even return calls or emails. So do yourself a favor and use a fly-by-night company that charges less but does a better job. I did so after Hurricane Katrina and had not one issue!

      Replacing my damaged roof by Garcia Roofing was the easiest, most pain free major purchase experience we’ve ever had. Even after my claim was denied by my insurance company, Garcia’s competent employees negotiated with the insurance company to get my claim approved. Every person I spoke with was polite, respectful and helpful. The work was excellent from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replacement or repair.
