5 starsMy experience with Posigen has been nothing but positive. I had a lot of questions and concerns and they made sure everything was addressed to the highest standard. This started with their sales representative, *****, who wasn't a typical salesperson. Amazing human being, who I was glad to have the opportunity to meet. Seriously, not only did we talk about business with Posigen, we just talked. You don't find people like ***** often and Posigen has a true gem representing their company. On the business side he made sure I was comfortable and understood EVERY question I brought up. No sales gimmicks, no BS, and most of all INTEGRITY. If the system didn't work out for me, no sale, no harm, no foul. They wouldn't get me involved in something that wouldn't be beneficial to me personally and my home. Great experience with this company so far. You will be left wondering, why aren't people working with Posigen, they don't know what they're missing out on. Call them, talk to them, see what they have to offer. Save yourself some money with electrical cost and supporting going green. You won't regret speaking with them at the very least. Theres absolutely No communication at all . They took all my debit card information , Gave me a payment plan and said we will send someone out to your house . The guy came and said the drone isnt working today to go over your house and left 5 minutes later and he didnt even say goodbye . I get a call a couple of days later saying Im good to go and the process will take a couple months . Then i randomly get a text message saying I called and canceled everything when I did not . I called them and got bounced around to different departments. I finally got in touch with someone saying who canceled my solar transaction and they couldnt help me and was told we will call you back . I didnt get a call back at all . I kept trying to call them and got the run around . Unprofessional .
