      ****** is an amazing customer service rep. ** is so kind, helpful and is so good at explaining the Byrna. This product is amazing and I have told my family and friends about purchasing one. So far three friends have bought one.

      Great customer service for a new buyer. ****** was especially attentive to my issues (nothing to do with the product itself). Everything was rectified in quick time with constant communications with Byrna. I look forward to working with them as their product line matures.

      I have NO FILTER, sorry, NOT SORRY, BYRNA kicks ***, I personally spent a couple grand & it was worth every *****, I had an issue once or twice & everyone @ BYRNA was quick to answer, fix & resolve any & all issues, the one employee *************************, helped me the whole way through, my one launcher broke a seal ring, which would puncture my CO2 tank, but it would keep leaking tank after tank, so I sent it off, meanwhile talking to ****** the whole time, I got my Launcher back completely fixed & a box of CO2 tanks, I will continue to get products from BYRNA, why, because they, kick ***, and they take care of you, Thank You BYRNA, and EVERYONE else.......PREPARE TO DEFEND, I KNOW, I WILL!!!!!

      I reached out to find out when my HiVis pre-order would begin shipping. ******* in customer service responded first thing in the morning and also helped me correct a portion of my order that I had messed up. I had a refund within 15 minutes! Such attentive and expedient customer service is well above par!Waiting to see if after purchase is just as good...
