      I have had excellent results in both purchase and customer support. They are a young company but I think they will do very well. They know their products and have excellent support.

      The product is only second best to Byrna's customer service. They worked to correct a mistake I made during ordering and did so with professionalism and promptness. I will purchase more. ****** and ******* were outstanding.

      **************** is an excellent customer service representative! When my package was delayed through **** he reassured me and said that if I didnt receive my package, they would make it right by sending me a replacement. I appreciate communicating with just ****** because he knew what the situation was in regard to my delivery.

      The products themselves are good, except my gun had a recall and they never help** me... Also any other customer support you ne** is almost non-existent. It's almost laughable. The responses I get, if any, on the chat board seem like a special ** 4th grader is on the other end.

      Absolutely unprofessional handling of order . 2 days I heard nothing after I asked if I can pay for expedited shipping. Item will be sent back now just knowing if I have issues down the road and will get same no response.

      Ive had my Byrna HD for over 2 years and never had any issues whatsoever. Never had a *** round crack. Functions exactly as described. Love it so much I have applied to be a dealer.
