I've called in 7 times to speak with a Female representative and they all say they will have someone call back, no one is available and finally today i called in and spoke to ******** and she not empathetic she totally ignored and said to me in response to what I've experienced the 7 times i did call in Lets move on and i can help you. Horrible. I have asked for a manager and no one will let me speak to a manager. I'm wondering if this is a real company or a mom and pop business. I asked ******** how long has she been doing this type of work and she said to me Why does that matter? WOW that's no way to talk to anyone. Especially if they need help. I stated to here i wanted to know because my present financial problems a newbie will not do it. She said she has been at this company for a while and i can get someone else to help you. ******** was just very rude and not empathetic to my needs. I want to speak to a member of management and they won't let me nor take a message for one

We're sorry that the client had a hard time getting in touch with one of our counselors. There were a couple of attempts to contact the client, but no opportunity to leave a voicemail. The client was contacted directly by the Quality Manager on 8/16 to apologize. Staff was notified that an email should be sent to the management group if there isn't a direct supervisor available to discuss a client's concerns. A counselor spoke to the client on 8/17 at the client's preferred time. The client and counselor completed a full phone consultation at that point.Review fromGloria M

ACCC has been amazing in helping me payoff all my high interest rate credit cards by getting my interest rates lowered which helped me get out of debt faster. Ryann was patient and thorough while working with us. As two widows raising 3 children in south central **, the fact that we both began our previous lives in ****** neck of the ***** - along with the levity we all managed to find together in spite of the subject matter - all helped in making an otherwise uncomfortable conversation more pleasurable than one would expect. To no fault of ******, we ultimately determined our needs fell outside of the parameters available through your program. To refer to the information that was brought to light by Ryann as eye-opening would be an understatement, and we are incredibly-appreciative for her guidance and input during this beginning stage of our journey.American Consumer Credit Counseling, Inc.
