5 starsI had new siding, gutters, and some windows installed. I cannot recommend Window World enough! The customer service and communication were perfect from start to finish, and my home is completely transformed. They are true artists and the best at what they do!Review fromGary P

5 starsWe had new gutters put up yesterday. The guys did a great job. They even fabricated a special section where two roof lines come together and the gap was too narrow to fit the standard 6 gutter. My only disappointment is that a noreaster was supposed to drench us with rain last night and today, but the heaviest rain bypassed us. I wanted to see how well the new gutters handled the downpour. We just had a sliding patio door replaced with an exterior French door from Window World. The crew did an amazing job! The attention to detail was outstanding. They replaced all the molding inside and outside and it looks great! Right on time also and job completed within 2 1/2 hours. Highly recommend!

We had 23 windows and 3 doors replaced by Window World. Their attention to detail and customer service is exemplary! We can already tell the difference in feeling warmer in the winter and cooler as the temperatures rise. Our front door is the star of the neighborhood! We constantly get compliments on it. We would highly recommend Window World to anyone looking to have windows and doors replaced. A family company that stands by their product and work. 5 stars!!!!Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

We had 10 replacement windows installed removing older ******** ******* replacements which were touted that they do not rot. Well in fact they do. Very impressed on staged approach to meet and greet, followed by contract agreement for windows and style there of picked plus the offering to finance over time as well. They came on scene to measure up originally then after 8 week delivery to them, we did postpone install date due to all of snow and ice in proximity to get to 2nd Floor install. But then we had been given an earlier cancellation install date. Once upon scene - they remeasured, had part of the crew migrate the appropriate windows to correct rooms ,then start setup for install both from inside to outside of home. After install they cleaned up waste of removals and custom trim installed, did a driveway sweep for screws etc, then reviewed with us operation, cleaning; to include removing the old windows for their disposal followed up with warranty awareness to follow-up if need be. Very satisfied with the process and procedure, 150%,Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

Window World installed three entry doors to our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the work and quality of the product. A team arrived promptly and made sure the doors were installed properly. They were all courteous and professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning up as well. Someone came by later in the day to inspect the work and to check on our level of satisfaction. We really appreciate the attention to detail and customer service Window World offers. We will be back to purchase additional products soon.Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

Prompt, professional and polite. Twelve replacement windows installed. From the estimate team, Adam and Lanea, to measurement appointment with James, then install/cleanup trio of Ryan, Tyler, and Kyle, it was refreshing to have quality and thoroughness across the job timeline. Efficient onsite workers! Also, hats off to whomever trains employees - throughout the install, the crews chatter was job site specific and minimal. Very much appreciated by this home owner. It was a pleasant surprise to have the Installation Manager Brian appear on the job. His chat with the crew before chatting with me was reinforcement that your team cares about the customer.
