Very low quality. Very poor workmanship, deceptive description of proposed work. They are deceitful, short-cut specialists. I will never get conned by them again

********************** we last did work for you in July 2021 and we do not know what has precipitated this sudden negative review 2 years later. We have not heard from you with any issues or concerns. We installed three replacement 2-lite sliding windows and 1 new construction double-hung window, an entry door and a storm door. You went through the job in finite detail and requested additional work, outside of the scope of work contracted, for which we did not charge you but completed because you were withholding final payment. You then contacted us in November 2021 for water leaks. We came out and provided you with an honest assessment. Your leaks were coming in over the tops of the frames and we informed you that the gutters were backing up and causing the leaks. Replacing windows replacement or new construction will not solve your gutter, rotted fascia or cracked brickwork issues. All of this is a result of years of lack of maintenance and upkeep of your home. We find your comments to be slanderous and defamatory with no factual substance. We are a full exterior remodeler and could help you solve your issues, but we have chosen not to do any further business with you. You have been verbally abusive to our staff and have used racially demeaning comments when referring to our team and foreman that was on-site. We are a family business with hundreds of positive reviews, we have highly skilled and trained in-house carpenters, install only the highest quality products, and have industry-leading warranties. Its unfortunate that you have chosen to target our company. We stand by the work for which you contracted.
