From my husband's visit to the store, the gentleman that came to do the measurements, to the customer service person that helped when called with additional questions, to the install----- all superior Customer Service Today we had 8 windows replaced in our home. The windows are high quality, have ease of use and the color matched almost perfectly. The 3 guys that arrived to do the install were great. They were thorough and focused on their individual workmanship. They were efficient, professional, polite, tidy and personable. John explained the working of the windows thoroughly and provided answers to other questions about possible future projects (gutter and basement windows). We would highly recommend Window World.

We hired Widow world to install a Roof, Siding and Gutters. All 3 teams were professional, polite and efficient. Our house looks great and the team took care to clean up after their work. Would definitely recommend!Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

We had siding & gutters installed by Window World. Our house looks brand new. The workmanship is outstanding. The install Team, let by *****, were professional and really seemed like they enjoyed what they were doing. I took a risk and did not really shop around for any other window contractors, just pulled the trigger on the first one I went to (initially chose WW because their physical locations in BTown and ********* look very nice and their trucks are always in good condition and well marked when I see them around). I've now had 2 separate projects done at my house by Window World and was very impressed both times. I had 16 windows replaced on the first project and they completed all of them in 1 day, were very polite, walked us through every step of the process, they were very efficient in their work, double and triple checked their own work before leaving and showed us how all the windows operated and how to call back with any warranty issues (specific code on each window installed). ************** was not as straightforward, had a big square of clear tile blocks (used as a shower window by previous homeowner) punched out and had that hole rebuilt and a narrow slider put farther up the wall as part of a bathroom reno. They said it would take about a day but they got it done in about 3.5 hours with the same level of care they got my other project done. Still very polite & courteous, asked my opinion oncertain things here and there and double checked their work again before they left.Happy customer here, highly recommend!Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

I had a bay window replaced today. John from Window World did a great job and was very eager to make sure the job was done right and made sure I was happy with the finished product. i did have an issue and he immediately solved it. It only took 4 hours to replace 12 VERY old windows. Everyone was polite, professional and Ariel explained every step before and after the installation. Everything was cleaned up so much that one wouldn't know they had been there. We would recommend Window World for your replacement windows!Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.

Last Thursday John and his team from Window World arrived at our home to install a large sliding glass door and two storm doors. From the beginning they were polite, considerate, clean and knowledgeable. The work took several hours, but they were very efficient and professional. The finished product is superb! John carefully explained everything about the doors to me after they had thoroughly vacuumed the area . We couldn't be happier with our choice of Window World. My husband and I highly recommend **** and the entire team from Window World.Window World of Western Massachusetts, Inc.
