      I am writing to formally express our disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service we have received through our dealer subscription.We have encountered numerous issues, including an inability to reach your support team by phone, lack of response to our inquiries, and repeated overcharges. In addition, the platform has failed to generate meaningful leads, making the subscription a poor return on investment for our dealership.We had previously requested an immediate cancellation of our subscription, but were informed that the cancellation would only take effect in the next billing cycle. We find this policy to be unprofessional and unacceptable, as it forces us to continue paying for a service that is clearly not meeting our needs.Given all of the above, we insist that our account be canceled immediately and that no further charges be applied. We also expect written confirmation of this cancellation without delay.

      **** ******** at Car Connection Bedford ****: Misrepresentation of facts, acts of omission and other deceptive actions. I live in *******. *(I bought a cars by phone before no problem, honest dealer in *****.) I thought I could trust this one. I specifically asked: "Does the convertible top have anything wrong with it." He said no, only a small tear. **** sent me (1) one photo of a small tear. Long story short I shipped the car and got it April 23. There was NO REAR WINDOW. They used saran wrap like material and glued it to the missing window (photo). I called **** said '...that's the way they come'. There are two windows (photo) why would one be glass and the other be plastic. There's more. He sent me their repair shop inspection included the ****************** etc. They repaired Tie rods. I specifically asked if any other part of the rods, suspension, etc. were ok. He referred to their inspection and said 'no'. Sun Devil repair sound out there's another $4800 of work there. I'll stop here. 1)DEFINITELY do not buy over the phone with this dealer. 2)Have the cars inspected by your mechanic. 3)Get a minimum 7 day option to return before you buy anything. Today June 23, ***** ********, President replied to the *******. He made several broad comments in his reply. I will only share this one comment: "We had never sold one of these vehicles before and no idea that the rear window did not come like that from the factory." FYI: Anyone standing in person can see cheap clear plastic is glued onto a damaged edge of the large window and as you see in my photo there are two windows. The top is original and built in glass. Website says they are professionals. If So why would you not see this obvious defect in person? I will attempt to contact ***** ******** about a reasonable compromise. I will report the results as they take place. I was not expecting a perfect car. I was expecting honest answers to all the questions I asked.

      Stay Away if You're a Dealership!As a car dealership, our experience with CarGurus has been extremely disappointing. The advertising costs are outrageously high, and for what? No meaningful support, no real help to grow our business, and absolutely no interest in customer service.We tried contacting them multiple times to resolve issues or even discuss how to make the platform work better for us they flat-out ignored us or refused to engage. It's clear they are only interested in collecting fees, not in building long-term relationships with dealers.If you're a dealership looking to invest in online advertising, look elsewhere. CarGurus offers poor value, poor communication, and zero commitment to their dealer partners.

      Received a letter dated 04/21/2025 on 04/28/25 that Global denied a auto loan application submitted by Cargurus on 03/31/25, application # ********. THIS IS FRAUD. I DID NOT APPLY FOR A CAR LOAN WITH ANYONE, MUCH LESS CARGURUS.

      Cargurus is an on-line company that lists all sorts of vehicles on-line.There was and still is an ad for a 2023 Jeep Grand Cheroke for $36,999.00, I called the dealer to make sure it was still available , and it was. I had to state the price above to confirm it was the right vehicle, he said that was the Financed price only and that a cash deal would be $7000 MORE!There was no mention of this in the Cargutorus ad, and if I had'nt mentioned the price to the salesmnan I would have driven all the way out to the dealership in ******* for nothing, this was a case of false advertising.

      As a dealer for two years, I've never been so disrespected by customer service specifically the cancelation team at Car Guru. Considering cancleling all our services with them due to the incident.

      I am so disappointed. I landed on ******* to buy a specific car and I have a trade in. I found the car and they sent me an email with the summary of what should happen. The summary included the purchase price as well as the trade in. GREAT. Apparently they never talked to the dealership. Was I supposed to do that? The email didn't say that so I asked them about it and was told it was on me. I am guessing that ******* makes money but totally not clear what they in fact get paid to do. I had not looked at reviews before but will not use them in future.

      I bought a car off of car gurus. I paid a deposit of $500 on the car. I have documented proof that I was never credited for the deposit made on the car. Car gurus will not give me back my money. They tell me to contact the dealership. The dealership tells me to contact car gurus. Car gurus is who took my money but they won't give it back. I am beyond angry that someone can steal from me like this and get away with it.

      ******. When you start getting more leads, they will increase the price, but they will not drop the price when you start getting less leads.Every dealer they charge **************** way to keep your price is to cancel with them,, 3-4 months later they will agree not to raise the price...
