  I initiated a sale of my offer after receiving an offer from them. I turned in all the requested documents and spent an hour doing the required self-inspection. Its now been weeks and I havent heard a thing from them. Multiple requests for an update have gone unresolved. The site says I would hear back in 48 hours not true at all.

  This organization clearly does not properly screen dealerships. After making over 25 inquiries about vehicles, I have had a total of ONE return emails or phone calls, only later to learn that the dealer had sold the vehicle. Dont waste your time.

  Dealership heremoved our location and I needed my address changed and updated to reflect our new location. I was told that they would need to cancel my old contract and pay for another monththen sign a new contract with a new price costing an extra $250 per month. I feel like they would not change the address so I would sign a new contract at a higher price. No a satisfied customer! The Analylics arent accurate eitherfair good over price are not really accurate. It ranks our cars and shows us what page were on in our portal. So a vehicle would show were on page 12 example. When you go to click on the listings link it will compare our 2012 to 2007-2022 units. Not a fair comparison at allto us the dealership nor to the consumer. Necessary evil but these companies always eventually fail. Poor customer servicethey have that take it or leave it attitude. Ill cancel soon and advertise on cars.comwe advertise on carfax.com and theyre extremely helpful and changed my address the same day without any glitches, attitude nor price increases. CarGuru youre fired!

  Im selling my dad's car, He is 80 & unable/unwilling to do the computer stuff. I posted an ad on Car Gurus for him and, as soon as the payment went through, i was bombarded with spam calls. I had 17 in just a 2 hours. I need my phone in case of emergencies and NEVER saw anywhere that my cell phone would be used in this manner. I now am unable to remove my cell number to stop this. So, what are my options? To spend my own money and time to change my cell phone number, which I have had for years, in order to have peace so I can receive a call from family in case of emergency. I have over 100 people on my contacts, whom I will have to notify of my changed number and 50 business I will have to change my number to. It's criminal in my opinion. I believe CG should pay for this inconvenience, but I'm sure they will not do this as they make it impossible to reach them unless you are a dealer. They sure make it easy for you to pay them though. I even tried the "if you still need support, email us here" address but it was null when I attempted a contact. I cant believe between ************************** marketplace how these places take advantage of people's personal information. They won't gain anything from me & makes me so annoyed.

  Keep receiving emails even though I've unsubscribed using the link inside the emails and turned off the email notifications from my account. Also, no way to delete your account.

  crooks selling my car and they were going to offer 3k for it I was like ok lets get it out of the driveway... then I looked up what it is selling for and they already had my car same vin and everything just no pics. listed for sale on their site for 9k. schedule pickup was today.

  Complete bait and switch. I was working with ***************************** on selling my car. I have multiple emails regarding what was needed to sell. Every time I jumped through hoops to get these documents in order to sell the car, he would respond with a statement saying that he needed something else and that I cannot proceed until these are met.I own 2 real estate brokerages in different states and have sold real estate for over ***************************************** the real estate industry, they would be charged for baiting and switching. Unfortunately, honesty and integrity arent necessary at CarGurus. This is what the world has come to and has hurt my family greatly, as we have an urgent family situation and need to liquidate quickly. I am truly hoping Augustine and CarGurus get the karma they deserve.
