1 starThey are at it again. The thieves. I cancelled my account in August and they owed me well over $100, of which they never paid. Now they are billing my credit card for less than a dollar. Now imagine if they did this to all current and past customer. They are nothing but thieves and money grubbers. Shame on them.Review fromMarty B

1 starCalled several companies and ended up working with a broker and we dealt with GOTO directly. signed up for service. have conversations that we wouldn't be under any contracts and they could do what we wanted. so all good.... after paying a few months of over $225 a month we still didn't have a working solution nor ever used any services they provided. we reached out to cancel at that point and ask for our money back. they stated we were under a contract but ultimately said they were doing us a favor and let us out of it but wouldn't ever refund the bills we had paid. they can look at all emails/calls/communications and know we were never able to use the service but still refused to refund us. stay away.Review fromJody S

1 starIf I could put no stars that would be the best option. We purchased this for an enterprise level account and for a multi-year purchase. It got hacked. We asked in meetings and in writing since January 2023 to cancel the account. In July I started weekly written requests to the go To and LogMeIn USA enterprise sales team, support team, AR team, billing department. Spoiler alert, it is now Sept 28, 2023 they still haven't canceled out account and we refuse to pay the invoices. I called their billing **** and it took 1.5 hours to reach a human, and even then there was no resolution. The enterprise account manager responded to the emails saying his team would get to it and provide some resolution. There has been zero resolution, but we are still fighting the good fight. Now I'm reaching out daily instead of weekly until this is truly canceled.Review fromHarold P

1 starOn a Friday morning in June of 2023, this company (GoTo) acquired the telephone numbers for our business. But the handsets they sent ** did not work and the service did not work. We could neither make nor receive calls for thirteen days until a real telephone company successfully ported the numbers (a process GoTo resisted).After three hours of desperate attempts, we gave up and fired them, cancelling the service.This company lied to us in their sales pitch, failed to provide service, and resisted and delayed AT&Ts attempts to take the numbers from them (ultimately this was resolved after some pointed language from our attorney). GoTo touts 24/7 customer service on their websites home pagethis is a lie. The phones are auto-answered after 8pm US Eastern, you are placed on hold forever. They email a song and dance about how their technical team works 24/7, which does their customers no good. Also, an attempt to contact them via the website chat generated a truth: 8am to 8pm US-East onlybut only weekdays, as this chat attempt was 4:30 pm Eastern on a Saturday. We have screenshots from website and this chat.We see reviews here and we were told the same shady no, you didnt really cancel nonsensewe will invoice you further (we have that email)that others have experienced. That is predatory, and perhaps should be reported to State Consumer Affairs authorities. Incredibly, three days after our phone lines were safely in a real carriers hands, our company received a new email from a different employee trying to schedule onboarding us. To say that they do not know what they are doing (beyond trying to collect your money) overstates how much they know what they are doing.We note also that they provide an email address for their legal department. We have no reason to believe they have one; our attorney has not received any response from that email address.We cannot recommend strongly enough running as fast as you can away from this company.Review fromRobert R

1 starI just reported a billing issue yesterday, because I've been double charged for 2 LogMeIn.com subscriptions I didn't know I even had. The case was closed today with no additional information or explanation. I called customer service, and they disconnect the line when I entered my prior case number. I called back and did not input a case number, and I did speak with someone and told them I want to cancel and they gave me a story that they are not trained to cancel the type of subscription I have. They said they would forward me to someone who could cancel my account, and then they just disconnected the call. Then I received an email from support saying their headset was not working.Not cancelling customer accounts in a timely manner is theft. I've called this company 6 times today with little success. Their customer support department is a dead end by design.I need this company to provide me with a mailing address for their cancellation department.Review fromTyler B

This company is a scam. If you cancel their product (verbally by phone to the account **** ******* and not renew contract) they will claim you never canceled "auto-renew" your contract with no signature or authorization. then send it to collections. If you do have to cancel their products, make sure to send them a certified letter in the mail and document it, otherwise, you are in for a nasty surprise in 6 months when radius collections come calling for the missing "auto-renewed" contract payment.GoTo Technologies USA, LLC

Horrendous customer service! Nobody calls you back, I CANCELLED AND THEY STILL BILLED ME ANOTHER MONTH. I highly advise to use another company. I have been on hold for 45 minutes trying to sort this out and they wont budge.GoTo Technologies USA, LLC

Absolutely the worst company I've had to work with....ever. You can't reach them by phone. You'll receive an email a few days later telling you someone will call you. They will not make any changes promptly. They charge you money for every change you make without telling you. I've been charged and double charged for easy changes that should be easy, quick fixes for their mistakes. The changes have now totaled over $70 in 7 months, again for their mistakes, not mine.GoTo Technologies USA, LLC

I tried to cancel my subscription online and could not find anyway to cancel. They make you call in to cancel a subscription. That for me is a huge red flag as I cannot see how a company offering could services will not have the option to cancel. Surely it cannot be that difficult to integrate a cancel subscription function online. I called and was able to successfully cancel my service, however my bill date is the first of the month and I have already paid for 11/1/22. I requested my service canceled 11/08/22. My number became inactive immediately. Bear in mind I already paid for Nov so my expectation was that my phone number will stay active until the end of the current month which I already paid for. I called back and was told there is a no refund policy and there are unable to reinstate my number until the end of the month which I paid for. This disruption will result in business loss denying me the ability to transition my customers to a different service.GoTo Technologies USA, LLC
