      Aura is horrible. It is blocking my access to ************* searches, throwing 403, 406 among others errors. I contacted Aura support, and they told me to TURN OFF MY ONLINE SECURITY. No joke, this absolutely, positively happened. You have to be kidding me.

      Like many other awful experiences, I signed up for and paid for a 1 year contract up front, ******* dollars or so. For whatever reason, app continuously crashed on my phone. After many attempts to correct, gave up and began seeking a refund and cancellation of my account. At the time, for whatever "go figure" reason, this couldn't be done via app and that function of account management on the webpage was "Unavailable" with no further explanation. After an email and no response, and another email, and a web based contact form submission, with no response, then more and angrier emails with no responses, customer ********************** phone call run arounds, support tickets gone nowhere, completely non responsive so-called alleged ********************** which to me, being a safety and security company which for some reason needs a refund department in the first place is laughably ironic, especially since it seems that it is actively staffed appropriately zero hours of zero days per week. Anyways, multiple phone adventures and deflections, no response from ANY service/support email address I can find from a good 8-12 mails, my refund period quickly closing, I relented and thought, all other avenues of ********************** have failed, maybe I'll score a ***************** going through ****** to cancel and refund. GUESS WHAT?? After throwing in the towel, giving up, surrendering my comfort, **************** accepting that I've sacrificed $100+ to these scoundrels and slimeball dirtbags) -- THEY FINALLY RESPONDED TO ME -QUICKLY - AFTER UNSUBSCRIBING VIA ******* Not only that, but get this -- after ignoring multiple requests for a refund and to get their grimy fingers out of my credit and private life, the few words I EVER heard from them was that because I unsubscribed via ******, they'd be unable to honor my refund. To top it off, they are still actively in my credit, & sending me account renewal reminders. Aura: "Read between the lines" as my dad used to say. You owe me $100.

      I signed up for the membership on a black Friday deal. I tried to cancel and get a refund on my Aura/Identity Guard renewal membership. They refused to issue any refund even though I contacted them on the day of the charge. What kind of company wouldn't issue a full or pro-rata subscription refund? This company is a scam.

      I paid for and downloaded Aura on my Windows 7 computer only to find out, when it didn't work, that it is not compatible with windows 7 computers !!! There wasn't any warning to let me know that in advance or on their website ! I spent a couple of hours doing this only to find out, after talking , to one of their reps on the phone !! Now I have go through trying to get a refund from Paypal !! What an Awful experience !! Be aware of Aura software !!

      Very disappointed in this company. Misleading on what their services are. I tried getting my mom's (disabled senior citizen) money back because they were no help to her situation. Not only did they never reply but didn't give her anything back (she paid for a year's service). You can get better service with Experien. Don't waste your money.

      I have been staying at Aura3 20 for the past 4 months and it has been a nightmare. The negligence and unprofessionalism is handling the incessant wailing of a baby downstairs from me!!! Downstairs from me!!! Is just plain wrong and evil. They dont care and have done not one single thing about it. Do not move here. They sell you your unit and are done with you. Charm you in the door and forget about you. We have been kept up every SINGLE NIGHT by the non stop waiting of a small child below me for the past 2 weeks and almost every night since for the past 2 months!!!!! Nothing is being done. Nothing!!!!

      I called Aura I had a fraudulent charge on my credit report with Experian And It was showing ******* on it and I never had ******* but they wont give me fraud assistance they wont help me Dispute the charge and told me that I Haft to do it on my own with the major credit bureaus

      I am having issues with customer service to resolve tech issues for the AURA app for my laptop. It has been almost 2 weeks, my Antivirus issue has not been resolved. I was told engineer will call to troubleshoot and resolve. No one called Me yet. Aura Case#******** created on 4/22 for the call I made on 4/20. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this AURA company services if you have expectations of tech issues being resolved in timely fashion and expecting updates on progress. Please stay away from this company.

      I am in the process of filing a compliant with the **** THis company is a scam. I have never been able to log in because security codes are never sent. I told them in writing that I want to cancel and they said no because I have to call in. Legally that is wrong. Im part of a big group that is working on a mass lawsuit against them.
