      I was ripped off by Liberty Mutual for 16 years. I was paying close to ****** dollars a year for home insurance. Was I in a high risk area? No. Was I told I had every discount available? Yes. Did Liberty Mutual ever inform me I should only be paying around ***** dollars a year for home insurance? No. Before I switched to a different insurance company recently... I ask the Liberty Mutual representative why my rate was so high. The representative acknowledged my rate was very high. The representative said I was paying for everyone else.

      Never this company for rental properties insurance the agent is very rude and judgmental. I have had pictures dated and stamp. She require more stating that the items are too luxury for just anyone to have basically saying we could not afford to have a nice rug by ***** Vuitton or ****** even after giving her pictures, she still makes smart remarks and making it hard to complete our claim we have asked for someone to come out. She refused to send it to anyone else or give us another agent and has threatened several time to close our claim. Dont use this company

      Would not recommend this company; they are a scam. I was with them for 5 years without a single claim. Then, in a span of 6 months, I had to use the roadside assistance twice. Once when I lost my key and had to get a tow to my home less than 2 miles away, and again for a flat tire on the interstate when I could not get the tire off. Again, I was with them for 5 years with no claims nor had I ever used roadside even though I paid for it. When it was time to renew, they denied coverage because we had "too many claims." I heard a very similar story from a coworker as well, but he only used roadside once. They are more than happy to take your money as long as you don't need to use their services.

      ***** ****** Sr. Field Claims Resolution Specialist Is a liar, withholding house information. Information on my home that I own. There was a fraudulent claim he helped with, and now hes trying to help cover up a fraud claim done on my house. The claim was made in 2020. I purchased in 2022. The house is insurance black listed because of the claim. Policy number ********* ****** OF IN ******** Closed. I do not need any personal info. I have all the personal information. I need house information from policy and case number above. House information is not private or personal its public.

      I got a new car and have been with LM for years. With the new car, they tried to charge me $450 a month!!! I went to *********** and my payment is $450 for 6 months. I also could not get anyone on the phone to talk to about my issues. When I would call, they would transfer me to a Safeco agent even though I told them several times I needed to talk to a LM agent. So happy so far with Progressive.

      I placed a claim and they refused to fix my roof. My renewal went double the price as well! Unethical insurance company!! Will never use them again.

      I want to say. I have been dealing with liberty mutual on and off. I will admit I miss a few payments in the past and we was able to resolve it and I was back on track with them. Here recently I miss my payment in April and I wanted to get it resolved and they refuse to do so. They told me a couple days ago my policy is canceled and I have to make this last payments at the end of this month. Now in order for me to get a insurance though them I have to start a whole new policy and they want all of it up front. Mind you I have a total 7 vehicle. Newest ones I have is 1999, 2004, and 2010 and I was paying 319 a month for a total 7 cars. After what they told me I'm done with liberty mutual. Oh and I forgot to mention I did request for Upper management to contact me and I still haven't heard back from them yet. If I was you who ever you are don't waste your time at all

      I literally tried to talk to the higher up's and your people refuse to get me to someone above there pay grade and was told that I would be told the same thing. The only thing I noticed that my policy is canceled. I made my last payment at the end of May and I would have to start a new quote.

      I was told bu one of your team members that main higher up's will tell me the same thing? I have no need to speak with anyone when Liberty refuse to work with me att he time when I needed to work with Liberty.

      Had a policy since 2017 with them. Started at ~$1100 and 2025 it went to almost ~$5000. Nothing was added to the policy and no claims made. Didn't pay attention to it cause it was through the mortgage.Current rates are at ~$1200 quoted through State Farm.This is totally unacceptable and got ping ponged between LM and Geico for this. They said it is within their right to do so. Very bad business practices and I will never use them again. Caution everyone you know against these unethical business practices.LM if you want to explain yourself ...let me know.

      Spiked my homeowners insurance after a year from around $3,000 to $3,700. This is the old bait and switch. Horrible practices jacking up rates with no claims.
