    Overpriced for a supposedly discounted luxury clothing. The suggested retail prices from which they are comparing are fake -- don't fall for it. Additionally, if you have a cart with items and go to checkout, it will process without you being able to review. This happened to me and I tried to immediately reverse it but I got NO HELP from Customer Support. Items were final sale!I WILL write reviews on all websites available.

    this business advertised themselves with the saks fifth avenue logo stating there was a summer sale. come to find out it was due la la. i was misled and purchased a purse from this business and they never sent it to me. do not buy from them. they stole my money.

    I purchased two items, a necklace and a bracelet each more than $100. I returned both in the same box. The bracelet was stolen and they only refunded the necklace. Be carful with returns because they dont refund and tell you that never got the item . This is a perfect scam.

    I purchased a suitcase for upcoming travel. Upon using the handle to pick the suitcase up, the handle broke away from the suitcase. The screws were stripped and it could not be reattached. The case was not overloaded, in fact, it was nowhere near its capacity. This was the first and only time the item was used. Rue La La refused to return or replace the item. They stated that they do not offer any relief for ANY defective items on their website if its been used. It was an expensive suitcase and now its unusable without a handle. BUYERS BEWARE of a company that doesnt stand by any of their products sold on its website. I was a long standing customer and as a result, I will never purchase anything from Rue La La again.

    I received a damaged box and it did not have the item I purchased in the box. I sent back whatever was in the box and the company refused to give me the store credit back. So basically I lost 200$, So apparently delivery is not guaranteed with Rue La La.

    Please be aware of this company. Since December I made a purchase in which I had to returnthe item. I used the return slip that was in the package. Weeks gone by n I did not see my refund. My first call to them was telling me that's not the return slip. I explained to them it's the slip that was in the box. They said the return slip is to one of their branches. They claim the item was not return to them. The post office tracking showed item was delivered. Four calls now and they still up to this day with all my proofs refuses to return my funds to my credit card. Please be careful with them they are on a mission to steal from the poor. Also please check Amazon prices on their items, most likely Amazon is selling the items for less. #rurlalaripoff.

    Worst customer service ever! Had an expensive order delivered to the wrong address of a random person Ive never heard of, and they wont give me a refund! Unbelievable! Buyers beware!

    I purchased a 14kt gold bracelet and was sent a pair of earrings instead. I then noticed them immediately that I received the wrong item and sent pictures as I was told this was the only way I would be able to have the bracelet sent to me. Please see the response. Please be aware that if you purchase anything from them, they do not promise to send you what you paid for.     I bought a pair of jeans through RueLaLa made by **** jeans in mid Oct 2022. Within a month they ripped along the seem on the back making them absolutely unwearable. Called Rue la la asking if anything can be done they said no cause Ive been wearing the jeans. Called **** company that produced those jeans with the same question - they would not stand by their product. Will never buy **** product again and am cancelling Rue La La usage after being a loyal customer of at least 8 years.

    WORST EXPERIENCE ever in a store. Costumer support is the worst possible. I bought a pair of ******************* Sandals from their IG ad (NEVER DO IT) on May,2022. It arrived just 1 sandal meaning I can't wear just 1 shoe right? I contacted costumer support in the website right away so they said they can't solve the issue from social media purchase so they created a costumer support ticket to process the issue by email. It was back and for many times from person to person and then they sent an email saying it has passed more than 30 days so they can't refund me so I clarified I have contacted them right away ad the time passed because of them no matter the historic emails. Their costumer support is terrible!!! Months after trying to call and get my money back they said I am sorry because it's been long time we won't refund you and that's all. I said this is stealing. I can't use one shoe and they practically DON'T CARE AT ALL. They said directly to me " We won't refund you or send the other shoe" (That is stealing) they just said go to your bank and dispute the charge like 6 months after. It's UNBELIEVABLE. I WILL NEVER BUY IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN AND PLEASE DON'T DO IT.
