Attorney Kevin Seaver stood up and defended my family and myself when an over reaching governmental entity tried to involve them selves in our lives where they were neither wanted nor needed. He listened to us and got to know us and defended us because he knew we were good people being messed with. He listened to us talk about our issue and could plainly see what we were saying was true and he then steadfastly fought for us non stop and ended up showing them that we were everything we said we were. I dont even know where wed be right now as a family if Kevin didnt come into our lives. Top notch person, top notch attorney and now a family friend.

Attorney Kevin Seaver and his associates provided me and my family with excellent legal service. Attorney Seaver was always available for my questions, understood the challenges we were facing, and provided the legal support we needed. Attorney Seaver was available to speak with our educational advocate, and protected my children from DCF. Once I hired Attorney Seaver, the tables were turned on DCF and I felt protected from the baseless accusations I was facing. Attorney Seaver closed the case with DCF within the time frame he said he would, provided excellent communication, and at all times protected me and my children-doing everything possible to shield my children from DCF. Kevin Seaver is the best DCF Attorney you want if DCF gets involved in your life. He takes the time to talk to you and will even give you his private number if you have any worries or concern. My daughter hired Kevin Seaver and I would have to agree he is not just an average lawyer. Like many have said how attentive he is to the case and on a personal level goes out of his way for his clients. He has a fight in him I wish more attorney's had! He has stuck up for my daughter during DCF visits. He is always available, when he says he will call you back he does whether its day,night or weekend. He has even said in an emergency it doesnt matter the time you can call me. I cant imagine our family going through this without Kevin Seaver by our side. For being there for my family every inch of this process, kevin was available to me with calls after hours and weekends, he is truly passionate to help families. I have had other attorney's and I can tell you I just felt like a case to them. Kevin Seaver treats you like a person and truly cares. He was worth every ***** and I'd go to him again without second thoughts. What stood out to me the most was how quick he was to answer even at 9 o clock at night. we have had many conversations on weekends. I trust him and his work! Also his staff are by far also amazing.
