Kevin Seaver is one of the best Attorneys in Mass for DCF related cases he has helped my out with many many questions I have had . I wish I could give more than 5 stars. There are 100s of attorneys that say they handle dcf cases. Not only is kevin the most knowledgeable he is also very well respected by everyone on both sides of the issue. Never did kevin cut our communications short he went over and above. I was amazed at the way he handled my case. Kevin is empathetic as well. I can't recommend kevin enough!!!!! Hello to all those reading my review. Id like to publicly thank Attorney Kevin Seaver (https://www.seaverdcflawyer.com) for his assistance to myself and my family during a DCF investigation. No one really knows the rippling negative effects of a DCF case, until it happens to them. An innocent comment from one of my children to an individual set off my case. My husband and I tried to educate ourselves about a state investigation and we were terrified of what we read and watched. The possibility of our children being taken from us for a comment kept us up at night worrying. My husband decided that we needed a lawyer and that this matter was just too dangerous for us to handle on our own. We contacted Attorney Seaver about what we were experiencing. During my husbands very first phone call, he took the time to have detailed discussion with him and I. His experience dealing with DCF was recognized right away by the questions he asked, the answers he provided to us, and the reassurance to us that he was going to fight hard for our case. After contacting him we both felt like we had a very skilled professional on our side and it was a huge relief. Attorney Seaver provided us with excellent legal service during our ordeal. He prevented the state from digging into unrelated areas, directed us on issues and documentation to obtain, and helped us win our case with DCF. Despite being cleared by DCF, I found that their investigation had major consequences that extend far beyond. Those details Ill keep to myself. 5 starsAttorney Seaver was professional, sincere and sets a new standard of excellence. When the news of an investigation came, and upon learning of the seriousness of this, life came to a halt as well as many sleepless nights when learning that the most precious gifts in my life, my grandchildren, were in jeopardy. But after speaking with Attorney Seaver, he came in and immediately made us feel better and took control of the situation. Attorney Seaver took the time to answer all of our questions, guide us and basically held our hand and walked us from beginning to a successful ending. Attorney Seaver worked tirelessly and fought for us and every step of the way as if he was in the battle for himself.
