We recently had a false allegation brought against our family. Everything escalated very quickly, and within two hours of being notified of the issue, we were informed that DCF would be knocking on our door in 20 minutes. Still reeling from the initial realization and shock of what our family was about to be put through, we called to Attorney Seaver for help. Not only were we able to reach him immediately, but with barely any time to explain what was going on (not even being 100% sure ourselves), he dropped what he was in the middle of, and stayed on the phone with us and DCF for more than 2 hours (including after hours) to make sure we didnt get railroaded. Attorney Seaver was compassionate, but also fierce in his defense of our family, without even being given a chance to talk about officially retaining him or what the fees might be. We spoke again the next day, made everything official and he took over from there, getting the unsubstantiated claim resolved quickly, allowing our family to begin healing and put this behind us. He was very responsive to every inquiry, and was always available to us whenever we needed to reach out. He even provided his personal cell in the event there was any kind of after hours emergency. Don't hesitate to call Attorney Seaver and his team. DCF is a complicated and scary thing to take on alone. This year, I reported a supervisor at my company for sexually harassing me and the company responded in retaliation by filing a 51A against me with DCF. The claims were false, but they were incredibly serious. I was terrified and thought I would not be able to work with kids ever again. After one conversation with Attorney Seaver, I realized I was in good hands. He and his team worked day and night for me, sometimes emailing after 10PM. When I was faced with false allegations of child neglect, I couldnt understand how that was even possible. I participated in the investigation, thinking to myself: I know I am a good mother who loves and cares for her children. I was so shocked that these false allegations were supported by ***. It turned my world upside down.I found Attorney Kevin Seaver by searching *** lawyers and I am beyond grateful. I saw all the wonderful reviews, and his website was full of information that educated me on ***, he even does ******* videos with advice. When I called his office I spoke directly with him and I knew he would advocate for me and my family. He did just that and more, he gave me his personal cell number and he would even make time to talk to me on the weekends or after business hours, he was present for all the *** home visits as well. I followed all his advice and because of Attorney Seaver my case was closed after the Assessment period. I am so grateful to him and his team for their dedication to their clients. Going thru a DCF case is tough for individual and family. While DCF follows the process/law, it is the parent/care giver/family who goes thru pain. In this troubled time you seek an advisor, a friend who can support you, guide you and be with you when needed most.Kevin is the friend you would want on your side in such situation. With Kevin along side you, he prepares, guide, brings clarity in you to put precise facts, defeat lies / half truth and defend your case with confidence.It is only with his help , we as family were able to deal with difficult situation.
