    THIS COMPANY IS PURE H*** AND A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! I sent $845 to a love one as an emergency on 02/09/2024. It said it was still processing. So I asked for a refund. I was told the team will look into it and to wait. Days is going by and still nothing. The person who told me this is ****************** They have no regards to helping their consumers whatsoever. Today is now 02/14/2024 and they haven't even started a refund. Before they get on here and reply and lie. I have proof of everything!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRUD COMPANY!!!!!!

    This app was good in the beginning. Now when you send money, it delays, stays processing for hours. My worse experience is when I try to send money for my mother to do urgent lab test. It stays processing for hours, then cancel. I could not get money right away to resend and have to wait up to 10 business days before I can get the money. Im still waiting! The app is becoming unreliable! Yall need to sit up. You are slacking big time playing with people.

    I transferred money to my sister thru ************ on December 14 @ 8:30pm. Waited for few minutes but it still says processing. The morning of December 15th, still processing so I decided to call customer service number at 9am and talked to a ******. He said there was a technical difficulties issue on BDOs end, but its working now and my recipient will receive the money end of this day. I checked again the app at around 5:40 and still processing. I called same number and talked to ******. She said, wait for 24 hours and the money will be transferred to my recipient. Right now is 5:22pm of December 16th and the app still says processing. Unbelievable SENDWAVE! I did not call the number again because their customer care team are very bad they will leave you without saying can I put you on hold while I find answers for your query.

    Been using Xoom for many years, then one day I saw this Sendwave ad on TV which offered higher conversion rates. While this is true, it was just a difference of a few US$; but with Xoom, the recipient gets their money immediately through Gcash or direct bank deposit, or available for pick ** in about a minute. Meanwhile, it has been 15 hours (at the time of this writing) since I sent money through Sendwave and when I chatted with their service representative online, who was also slow to respond, I was informed that they are currently offline. Yeah, sounds believable after reading all these comments. Will not use them again after this. I will spread this info to all my friends and relatives. SENDWAVE IS UNRELIABLE.

    I made a transfer of $2999.99 to my sister on 8/15/2023 and the funds was never transferred and Sendwave sent me a receipt of funds being delivered and I filed a claim with my bank and they provided BOA with false Transactional ID and the **** of America closed the case. I called and chatted with them several times about my money and filed a case with ************************************ and they later admitted the funds was never delivered to my recipient. I checked back on the App and found out that status has changed from funds delivered to funds reversed and refunded even though money wasnt returned to my account. I called their Manager and asked him why they posted that money was refunded when money was not returned to my account and he said my bank Charged them $2999.99 when I filed the claim and that they cant pay me twice unless I send them 3 months statement of account from August to October and that he was sorry and that their middle merchant had a technical problem and they just found out on 10/25/2023 that the money wasnt delivered to my recipient and its in their coffers; hence, I should send the 3 statements and within 3 days the money will be deposited in my account. The same was also said to CFPB. I forwarded the statements they asked only for them to tell ************************************ that they should be given 60 days to return my money. That is the most fraudulent and dishonest statement from any company in America. I am yet to receive my money back in my account as of 11/21/2023 and I do not advise anyone to transact any business with Sendwave. Suber U.

    I tried to send $1500 and the receiver didnt receive the money but the money has not returned to my account. I called ********************** and they havent done anything. BBB needs to do something about this. Disappointing i dont recommend using SendWave to send money.

    Worst experience to have. Terrible customer service. I initiated a transaction. After two days it's still didn't go through, plus you can't get anyone to answer the phone or give a feedback. I will be deleting their app and say goodbye to their horrible service for good

    Very poor customer service, unresponsive to chat. ********************** was a good company till two years ago. Something must be wrong with this company either on their way bankrupt or poor management.

    Sendwave is holding my money for over 5 days. Upon multiple attempts to contact them, their contact numbers and messaging apps were unresponsive. Finally, on the fifth day at exactly 9:15pm, a customer representative who gave his name as ** (refused to provide further details upon request to escalate to his/her superiors) insisted there was nothing Sendwave could do. He said further that if there would be a refund, it would be after 5-7days.It thus appears that actions from Sendwave and their partners, not limited to extreme rude attitudes of their employees are becoming unchecked, purposeful and intentional, hence would continue to mete on clients/customers who simply offered to do business. I suppose a class action against these continued acts is deserving.
