    Dont use isnt a *** company, no customer support, you send an email no response, they dont answer calls , it looks like a one person company. Dont waste your money.

    Sendwave is holding my money$2000 for over 24 hours now. I contacted the customer support with no valid response. That the transaction will canceled due to delayed from them and my money will be refunded between 2 to 3 hours. This app needs to be scrutinized. I will report them to consumers financial protection bureau if I didn't get my refund. It's frustrating passing through this

    Do not use this Sendwave money remittance! It used to be a good company but lately people that I know had complaints and I experience it myself few days ago . They held my money for several days saying theres an issues ongoing with their partner remittance companies etc and Im lucky enough to refund my money back . They have the worst customer service too Do yourself a favor ! Stay away from this company !!!

    I sent money to my brother for his medications for hypertension and diabetes, August 5, 2023. Unfortunately, as of today, Tuesday August 8, 2023, the recipient went to different pickup locations, recipient was told the money still not available. Though sendwave sent me a text that the money was ready for pickup. That transfer should only take minutes as sendwave advertised. I called send wave customer service, 3 minutes waiting time, unfortunately after 25 minutes it automatically hangs up. I sent email to sendwave today August 8, 2023 @ 9:44am.I received a reply that my email was received and being reviewed. For almost 6 hours, never received updates! Very disappointing!!!

    ***** F Today first time I use this low profile company, they asked me to send the recipients government Id because they said his name closely matches a name on a national watchlist!!!!! What a joke. He is my brother and ** being sending him from *** for over 14 years from bank to bank, and from western union monthly transfer, and sometimes money gram. And I never received a complaint from my bank or western union to send any documents for him

    Sendwave is holding my money for over 24 hours now. I tired contacting customer support but did not avail. This app needs to scrutinize. They cant be holding peoples money hostage without any reason.

    SCAM!!!! @adeolafayehun you led us to this thieving company. You know they take people's money and tell you they can't get it back. People, do not use! And now maybe we should not truest or believe @adeolafayehun. She must be in on the scam. She's still advertising for them. All I want is my money back. It has happened a few times and I see it not only me. Thieves

    I have been using Sendwave since 2015 with no problems however on may of 2023 I tried sending money as usual to my mom who is in ***** and I got a message that said my account is under review I called support and I was informed that ******************* will send me email with more info I got the email on may 23 informing me that my account has been permanently closed I called them again asking what the reason is for them closing my account they kept telling me to refer to the terms and conditions which is ridiculous I did not do anything different from what I have been doing for the past 8 years at least I deserved an explanation for the reason my account is terminated am literally so mad right now you people need to behave and give reasons why you deemed fit to close a customer account so disrespectful
