    I sent money to my wife for our new apartment on March 29th at 5:36PM. It is now Friday and she still hasn't received the money. I have contacted the company many times and have only gotten excuses. I have emailed, chatted, texted, and called them; but they still have not sent her the money. This is a scam. DO NOT use this app. You will lose your money.

    Sendwave has my bank card info, my photo ID and interrogated me regarding the donation I tried to send to an orphanage in ******. Starving kids, kids needing medical care. They then refused my transaction.

    WARNING !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER If theres a problem with your transaction you cant talk to a live person and the contact no./tel no. is useless.. I sent $150 but instead the transaction was doubled and my recipient only got the $150.. They emailed me 2 x but transaction no is the same. I texted, I tried calling and I use the chat but I cant find an answer .. this has been going on since 3/17/23.

But during situations like this we recommend you request a call back either by following the voice prompt on the call. On the double charge don't worry, you were not charged twice. One of the items on your statement is pending authorization, and one is a real charge. The authorization will disappear, and you will only be charged once. This happens frequently with bank statements.We apologize for the inconvenience.

    This company is a scammer and can not be trust. It will work at the first couple transactions and after that your money will never arrive to tge receiver. I just sent $1,400 to my country but the money never arrived and I asked for refund but never got it either. Just be careful with this company.

    I have sent numerous times using sendwave until 4 months ago they started to have this problem sending money to *************** even during the most crucial times ,its on processed for like 32 hours blaming it on gcash I sent money through their rival remitly and my recipient rcvd it right away.

    I used to like this app, until when they messed up with my money, I tried to text/ spoke with customer support but still nothing was done! And the money not being received!! What a great way of loosing your customers!!

    I had been started using Sendwave for sometime until I used my dads card for a transaction solely because they were only allowing one card at a time when I had three cards,so after changing cards severally ,They put my account on hold for review which I didnt find offensive even though my patience had its limits.After several calls on progress I ended up with a customer representative who said I am not to use anyones card and its against their rules which I never knew until I was told and I took the card off my account and progressed the transaction with my card after I received the money from my dad.I later found out that my account had been deactivated upon no notice or valid reason aside explaining to me my faults.Tried calling several times but couldnt reach anyone for an explanation on what I did , I thought theyre service was good until that encounter ..I was soo disappointed because I had introduced my friends to this app only to result in this unprecedented issue.I did like Sendwave until this.

    They used to be good until recently i sent 1000$ which i am yet to receive. They will not respond to emails and will give you vague response via text.I believe if you deduct money from someone account its your priority to make sure the recipient receives the cash but coming up with stories, regarding our partners is vague. This guys are becoming rogue Avoid and use another means, it always start with such issues next you will see them in scamming news.And am sad i started using them in 2011 and now they are compromised very sad indeed.Filing BBB complain will help every other people to know what they will face ahead of them if they use WAVE. Been with them for 12 years and now they have started becoming unreliable.Do not use that is a heads up.
