      My 401k was stuck in limbo for 8 months and still hasn't been successfully transferred out. I've contacted customer service 10+ times and still no solution. This means that interest for 401k in these 8 months have been completely lost to nothing.

      I have been trying to collect my pension plan for over a year now. Each time I call I get different answers. The customer support people are not educated or trained to assist me in a QDRO Pension plan. I spend on average of over an hour trying to get answers each time I call! I have been left in tears and my blood pressure sky rocketing!!! The rating on the internet(one star for customer support) reflect my dealings with this company.

      I am the ***** of ******** for my incapacitated mother. I have spent six months trying to get a RMD check reissued that they erroneously sent to my mom's old address. I have called 12 times so far. Each time I speak to a different supervisor who gives me a different story about where my mom's money went. Some say it accidentally went to unclaimed funds, others say it will be direct deposited within 3 days, others say a regular check will be mailed to the correct address. No matter how many times I call, or how many supervisors I speak to, they always assure me the issue is fixed but it never is. The money never arrives.I have moved all of my personal accounts to Vanguard and also moved my mother's *** to Vanguard but Fidelity still has that last chunk of her money which they keep lying about and refuse to give her.

      Fidelity does not care about their customers nor people whose family members have died and left beneficiaries their funds. They only handle you by phone call appointments. Trying to get state waiver in to claim our inheritance. I dont think they want to release our money. I have already removed ******* in personal fund and will further remove another *******. All that loss over ****** bequest. All because of their poor customer service. If the bequest are not settled soon I will file formal BBB complaint

      Back in April of 2022 I made a request to wire $400.00 out of ********. Fidelity asked many questions which were very personal. I reached a point during the "interrogation" where I decided I would not answer any more personal questions Fidelity denied my request to wire the money. Over right? No!. In late July 2022 Fidelity placed restrictions on my accounts. They never notified me, I found out when I tried to make a trade, Fidelity Called and said that Fidelity was concerned that I might be scammed. I told her that there was no scam and all was well. They will not remove the restrictions and have " locked downed" my money. I have contacted my attorney and will be filing a lawsuit. The fraud ***** at Fidelity and Fidelity investments are garbage. Very rude and have the attitude that they are "in power". After over 30 years I am finished with these clowns!

      They are completely incompetent to handle financial matters. The have had internal errors on every step of my pension handling and payout which has resulted in endless phone calls and internal work orders to fix their errors. They are a NOT knowledgeable regarding pension policies and have over promised on expectation of completion and undelivered at every step with their promised timeframes. I AM STILL CHASING MY MONEY MONTHS LATER WHILE THEY HAVE ANOTHER OPEN TICKET FOR MY MISSED BENEFIT.

      Purposely sent the wrong info to my bank for a deposit 4 times, even after talking to my bank directly. This forced a 25 buck fee to mail it which could take a month. It's been 2 weeks of phone calls. On top of well over 20% penalties. Finally figured out they do this on purpose to get the fee. This is a scheming lie telling business that does not care about its customers.

      Is there a less than one-star rating??? this company is unorganized, I agree with most other former customers here. While I was with Fidelity, they didn't help me, my company allows loans, but for some reason, their system couldn't do it?? REALLY??Now I need to roll it over - got a new job,... I started the process in April, it is now July. They send me a letter stating to call the number below.... guess what, there is NO NUMBER BELOW. EXCEPT FOR A FAX NUMBER. Who uses FAX? and if you say call a number, why don't you give me one to call.. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN due to non functionality overall.

      There shouldn't be a need for a governing body to intervene on agreements between Fidelity and company clients. No one should automatically be opted into making contributions to 401ks without clear consent.

      In my opinion:If you like being on the phone for long periods of time when you need service, then this company is for you.If you want unskilled low knowledge assistance when you call, then this company is for you If you want inconsistent answers to your questions then this company is for you. If you want a company that makes changes to your account without your permission then this company is for you. If you like wasting time and being frustrated with poor results then stay with this company. If you like to wait several days for ACH transfers to go through then stay with this company. If you like your trade executions to take several days to execute then stay put. These are my personal experiences after several attempts to resolve issues to no satisfaction. I have exhausted myself to no avail. Beware.
