      When I received my item it was incomplete the representative gave me a prepaid return label to send it back and she instantly refunded the shipping cost. She said I would get a refund within 7 business days after they received my return its been well over 7 business days since they have received my return and they have not refunded anything. Ive been sending this to customer care multiple times including calling and no one has been able to help me. I keep getting the same generic answer. I need help with my return order#********** I have not received a return confirmation email and its been past 7 days I used Afterpay as my payment method and I need the refund to be submitted as Im not going to continue paying for something I returned. I need help with this by a supervisor Ive attempted multiple times to get this resolved.

      we bought ******** gift card from gilt.com. The email told us the code will expire at august 10, 2022. But when i place the order on the marshallheadphones.com, i got error. **************** told me the code just expired at 05/27/2022. Which is different from the email what they told. The code still working!

      I ordered (#**********) Mosheko Mineral Mud Mask. However, when I received it, the cap was loose and the content appeared to be dried; I could not find the product info either. I was concerned that the product was used. I e-mailed Gilt customer serviced and attached two photos that was taken via my phone. However, I received an e-mail from Gilt stating that the file was too big and it had to be in a different format. My cell phone does not have the capability to change the file format. So, today, 06.15.2022 I reached out to Gilt via phone (I was out of town). I explained to the Rep that I had suspicion that the product was used and I didn't feel safe using it, I discarded the product because the email response required more work than anticipated and I had to hop on the plane the next day. The Rep was trying to have my download an app where I can conver my files. However, my phone didn't want to download the app for certain reasons. I attached one photo since I cannot convert the other photo.
