      I would like to bring to your attention the way/manner on my concern by your **************** persons regarding an item I purchased last April 19, 2023 Order# xx51579028. I purchased this item at the price of $699.99. I saw the same item yesterday (May 10, 2023) and today (May 11, 2023) as advertised/posted in your page at a reduced price of $555.00 I called your store this morning and aired my concern of availing the reduced priced. Also, I even mentioned to the first representative that I can return the purchased item and place a new order for the sake of getting that reduced price. I was advised by this representative that you can do a "price match" and no need to return the item. She said she will transfer my call to another person to handle the processing but my call was immediately dropped instead of being transferred! I did another call and was advised the same and again my call was dropped! It happened 5 times, so the last call I made was to talk to the head and sadly my call was dropped again!I was disappointed that this was the way your customer service people handled my concern & it happened not just once but numerous times! It's not the first time that I bought from your store and it's very frustrating that I received that kind of attention. I highly appreciate your immediate action on the matter at hand.

      I shop a ton on Gilt and RueLaLa, but after an experience of ZERO customer service today, I will think twice. Ordered 3 bikini bottoms and matching tops (sold separately) for a trip 5 days away. One bikini came with the wrong top. Called to see if **** would rectify their error and send me correct top with free expedited shipping since their error. I was offered nothing more than a shipping label to return the incorrect item. No effort whatsoever to help me resolve in a timely manner. I even called twice and got same non solution

      Purchased wine. THE CABERNETS OF THE ******* $69; "savings" of $90. (6-bottles). Only 1-bottle matched the offer. The total retail value for the 6-bottles that they sent me was $47.94. Pathetic!

      The products are fake and bad quality. In case of make-up they are not fresh. It seems that have been on the shelf for years. The smell is not good. I wasted $300 ...

      Isubmitted an order to Gilt the order status showed rejected on Borderfree (third party) and shipped on Gilt. I emailed asking for clarification and more information. They ignored my email, unbeknownst to me the shipped the item. I decided to make a 2nd purchase of the same item thinking that the first order was cancelled. I immediately contact **** advising of the error. **** refuse to accept responsibility for their mistake and would accept returning of the item. I found there customer service to inadequate and irresponsible. I will NEVER shop there again no matter how good the deal is

      Ordered genuine Givenchy sunglasses for $170.00 as advertised on Gilt website got KNOCK OFF FAKE sunglasses!They were really bad even the nose guards were missing and the case that came with the glasses was the wrong size. Sunglasses didn't even fit in the case.I FedExed them back and requested full refund. Let's see what happens.

      If it was possible to give negative stars, I would. Gilt is not in the business of creating a good customer experience. They are in the business of lying and stealing. I ordered a pair of diamond earrings three weeks ago. When the package arrived, there was nothing in it - no earrings; nothing. I immediately called **** and was told - "I am so sorry. We have this happen occasionally and will be happy to replace or refund." I opted for a replacement and was told it could take up to 5 days for me to receive an update on the replacement. I waited and never heard anything so called again. Again was told they were working on the replacement and I would receive tracking information as soon as it shipped. I again waited - nothing. I called a third time and this time asked for a refund. I was assured they would handle it and told to wait 48 hours for an email update on a refund. Again no update came. I called for the 4th time 5 days ago and was told the refund department had finally issued my refund and it would show up on my account within 5 business day. Today, I received an email from them (the first - even though they've said they'd email after every call) telling they were not refunding my money and I could dispute the charges with my bank. So, over the course of 3 weeks and 4 calls, I was lied to on every call. They never intended to refund me or give me a replacement. They instead chose to simply steal from me and then string me along. I have filed a dispute with my bank, but there is no guarantee I will ever see my $700 again. I don't say this lightly but I want to warn every consumer not to do business with this company if you value your hard earned money and want to do business with those who operate with integrity and ethics. This company most certainly does not.

      This Company is run by scamming the consumers out of money. A purchase was made and was received damaged. Reach out to Gilt multiple times by calls and emails. They state that they will call back with a reply, they never do. When I first reached out to this company I told them that the item is damage and within the 30 days to complain. I requested the money to be returned. They send a flat iron with electrical issues. They didn't care. They company is definitely run by scammers. How is it that they sale a flat iron without no warranty or guarantee of purchase? This is a WARNING FOR THE PUBLIC !!!!! Don't buy from them they are a scam!!! Now I have an iron that cost me $120.00 and unable to use.

      This company is a SCAM!I have placed 3 orders in a period of two days. My card was charged immediately but in a few hours upon checking the order status all item were canceled without notification or explanation!The bored and unfriendly CS Rep. told me that after you place an order and it is CONFIRMED they have to confirm it again with an email that I have never received?! What is this?!My charges still stay as pending after 5 days! This is ridiculous! Never had an experience like this!This company have to be investigated asap.
