    Waiting on refund from over $10,000 in equipment returned brand new in box and never opened over a month ago and being given the run around. I know they are short on equipment right now so they had no problem taking it back and have probably already sold it to other accounts, yet we have not one ***** back 32 days after shipping it back to them with THEIR shipping labels. They are "looking into it" and "trying to confirm the equipment was received" even though I've provided them with tracking info which shows it was all delivered to them back on August 11th. We returned it because of the terrible customer service and lack of support at one of our other businesses that switched to Toast in June. It's very sad that they can't get it together. Do the RIGHT thing, TOAST. Give us our money back!

    I noticed the BBB certification expired on the toast website and became curious, I was honestly stunned to see so many 1 star ratings. I, as a multi business owner know, the angry customers are always the loudest As I began writing a 5 star review I awaited for toast customer service to help me with a tutorial video regarding the customer loyalty program. My staff are mostly fluent in Spanish and wanted to make their learning easier. I simply asked if there was the same video but in Spanish. The agent, from whom accent I could tell was not fluent in english told me No, because toast is a program meant to be used in the USA I was caught off guard with this answer, when I was able to reply all I said was Wow! and laughed out of disappointment and frustration. He then proceeded to attempt to repair his statement by stating that the developer has not had time to make the content in Spanish my reply was He hasn't had TIME??? lmfao holy ****! this is the company my SPANISH food restaurant is giving its money to?Also, why do I now have to pay an additional $300 for xtrachef just to keep count of my soda count? What a rip off!The only reason why Toastpos is not receiving a one star review is because, unlike all the other reviewers, I have always had follow up, I do not like I do not have a specific contact to email or whatnot but all companies make it a point of making the sales an amazing experience and everything else is merely whatever. Its exactly how it when for me and my Land-Rover experience, hopefully I do not end up doing the same with toast and trading up.I have been in the Food industry for over 15 years, I have used everything from a regular old school cash register to Lavu, Square and so many more I have lost count, change for me is second nature. Do not get me wrong, I love my ToastPos, I love the system and the customer service beats UberEats down to the ground. But I feel let down, I hope the developer finds time to improve this.

    Order toast pos register and self check out pos for my restaurant opening. I have been having trouble setting up the menu, adding pictures and the ** code when scan it say a different price on recipet. I keep emailing my sales rep, with no help send me some online tutorial videos to watch. They told me to hire someone on task rabbit to install and help me with the set up or set up an online phone call? My ***** that recommended me to toast said they sent out a tech to help them install everything. I kept asking them to send a technician out here. I kept calling toast customer service and just getting rent to other agents, I finally got fed up and just asked for a full refund. They said someone will contact me about the refund, but they dont know if I would get a full refund. Its been an absolute nightmare dealing with toast. **************** is horrible. I even called their tech and they said I could add pictures to the self order kiosk, only small tabs the size of a ***** could have a picture. Complete clueless company. Im just waiting for toast to call me back about my full refund
