    I have been using toast at my bakery for nearly 5 years and have continued to have issues especially with customer service. Most recently, there have been security breaches in my account where employee information is getting changed from outside the system. I have spent over 12 hours and several weeks attempting to get an answer and a resolution to no avail. Literally cannot get anyone to respond.

    I entered my phone number when dowoading this app. Big mistake. Immediately I started getting phishing/scam texts to my cell phone. Didn't even need the app in the end to order from the place. Now I have a couple spam texts a day. Thanks, toast.

    Very very bad company they promise you something and give you something else. Sales representative ************************* is the worst dont ever go to him and dont every go with toast they lied to giving me 3 months free subscription and then charged me and then they told me I can't cancel they are really realy bad .

    Warning: Toast Support is the WORST in the industry If you are currently a user of Aloha and are thinking of switching to Toast: Warning!!!! We can NEVER get through to a qualified, knowledgable customer support person at **********************. It is relatively easy to ge someone on the phone who has a script in front of them who can handle only the most basic of things. Each time, they ask us the same questions, then tell us they can't help us and they will submit a ticket for us for higher level support, and that someone will email us to help. We've asked that someone call us 30 times, and they will not. For weeks now, we have been trying to resolve an issue in Toast which is requiring employees to get manager approval for all clockouts, and Toast has failed to provide any meaningful help - even though we reach out to them several times EVER day on this issue! Aloha provides MUCH, MUCH better support. We are now reaching out to Aloha to find out about switching back - that is how bad it is. In summary, do NOT switch to Toast if you expect quality, available customer / tech support.

    Toastab site is a scam .You order food, never receive it, yet they have collected your payment and don't make refunds possible.

    POOR COMMUNICATION! Really they dont communicate. They use Doordash drivers. I tried to add specific info to my address but could not. I tried everything. In the end, Toast offered service of intermediary for $5.00. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

    The worst company ever. I think they used to be a great company but they are not anymore. The customer support is so bad. Some people will see this and think I'm just complaining but I promise, it's really bad. I switched from Square to Toast for my restaurant and am now switching back. That's how bad it is. RUN, RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN far away from Toast especially if you need integrations.

    We have used Toast for our restaurant for a couple years now and I regret ever purchasing this service. Not only is their tech support the worst, they bill you for items you do not have, do not check with you before they charge your account, and then you cannot reach anybody to talk to about the situation. They are very expensive and their equipment runs out of steam soon after the warranty runs out, leaving you no choice but to purchase replacements and a higher cost than originally purchased. My software fee for a handheld doubled for no reason. It is the same piece of equipment with the same software. Their justification was that we received a bundled package. I tried contacting somebody about my annual renewal three weeks before it expired, only to finally speak with somebody the day before expiration. Then I was told that my new request could not be approved until the next billing cycle - so wait another year before any changes are made. Restaurants struggle as is and Toast is not the solution for your restaurant needs. It only adds fuel to the fire.. I wish I could give them a ZERO.

    WORST COMPANY EVER! We have CONSTANT issues and it's impossible to get ahold of people who actually have a clue about what you're talking about. Your best bet is to just read through their help section and try to figure it out yourself. I've even had a customer support person tell me I COULDN'T do something and had to argue that yes, I can and did. Support is a joke. They charge out the a** for EVERYTHING and some of those charges are sneaky. No one really cares to help you. They don't care if you're losing thousands of dollars because their equipment failed. So if you like to spend 100's of hours on the phone for no reason, or if you'd like to flush all your money down the toilet, this is the company for you! (Would have given zero stars if that was an option)
