      I have been trying to get rid of this "service" since April, 2022. I have called and emailed them and they continue to send me bills. I want out and them to stop sending me bills. They get a monthly rebate from my electric company and I get two bills. Not much service. I call the 800 number, it tells me they are open and when sent to an office I am told they are closed, call back tomorrow. I want out, have also filed a complaint with your AG. I need someone to help me.

      Thank you for your feedback. Let me first start by apologizing that you have had a poor experience with our organization. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience and take feedback from our customers seriously. 

      At Nexamp, we work directly with the Utilities to give our customers a discount. When we process the cancellation on our side, we notify the Utility that you would like to be removed from the Community Solar program. This can take anywhere from thirty days to four months, but you are 100% canceled on our end. Our team has responded to all the emails I see that you sent us. Unfortunately, we did have to shut down phones early on Friday when you called due to staffing issues.

      Regarding your feedback on the two bills, we understand that this is a pain point with Community Solar. We are developing a solution that allows you to have a single account where you can see savings on your monthly utility **** with Ameren. We have thousands of satisfied customers in ******** that are seeing savings of 20%. We understand that the two statements are not ideal, and we will continue to improve the experience. 

      We would be happy to reach out to you to confirm that the last **** was your final one from Ameren.

        As I read the response, they are telling me my electric company is going to quit charging me and they will be my electric provider?  I dont believe this for a minute.  Not an acceptable reply.  JLH

      Hi ****,

      We are not an electric company. We provide services to your utility to offer you electricity at a discount. When you cancel with us, we notify the utility company to begin the process in order to remove the **** credits and discount. Once we do this, we are waiting for them to cancel the service completely. The credits you have purchased and paid for do not go away. 

      We would be happy to go over all of the bills with you over the phone.
