1 starRentgrow has no incentive to do a thorough dispute resolution because they get paid by the apartment complexes. The report that they are using to deny my daughter is inaccurate and a complete fault of the apartment complex. RentGrow does not have the ***** to investigate completely. They take the apartment complex word as complete. The apartment complex refused to inspect my daughters apartment when she moved out. Then 9 months later tried to collect $8400 for repairs. She asked for a detailed invoice of what they were charging her for and they never replied. Now they give her a bad report and RentGrow just accepts what the apartment complex told her.Review fromCourtney T

Went to get a Appartment they go through RentGrow.They told me to pay off my eviction from 6 years ago and they will approve it.I did now telling me denied and want me to redo my deposit.I said no and why ?Kept getting the run around with the and 2 other company's.They will lie to you and disrespect ****** credit good.I know someone got approved that day and has a car repo on that credit report and RentGrow approve it.They will scam you.Always ask appartments if they go through Rent Grow.If they do avoid them.Not worth it.RentGrow, Inc.

****************. Submitted an application but never was prompted to upload paystubs or employment information. Received a denial that I do not make enough despite working two full time jobs. Received the report and it has employment information from over 10 years ago. Cant get anyone on the phone. Cant get anyone to respond to an email. Just denied and thats it. They say you can dispute but theres no way to dispute incorrect employer info or salary information. Id give 0 stars if I could.RentGrow, Inc.

No stars denied us , and put the wrong income. I disputed it and their response was thats what I submitted. Disputed again and told them they were wrong. They tried to say we only make 350 for 100 percent military disabled. ******** company only picked 1 star cause I had to.RentGrow, Inc.

This company obviously can't get it right!They had my earnings at a $1000 a month,lol. I make 8 times that per month..If you're looking for a rental avoid RentGrow at all costs. You can always ask the property management if they use this company prior to signing up with any property.RentGrow, Inc.

This company has recorded some information on my rental report that prevented me from getting and apartment I submitted a dispute with no response they don't have no information on who reported the information no nothing. This is terrible to have this and its total illegal for this on my profile.RentGrow, Inc.

If I could leave o stars I would. I've oened my home for 30 yrs i wanted to downsize as my children have moved etc. I have no criminal record, meet.the income requirements and my credit while not great was within their " brackets" but I still used a guarantor to be safe who has near perfect credit, Has paid off their home 15 yrs early and a brand new car early and also no criminal record Had to pay company the $50 fee for back ground check on them too. Why? They weren't going to be living there, credit check Sure, background check that I have to pay for No!The top of their application also said rejected yet all the way down said applicant meets requirerments?Oddly enough while we were in the office. Two previously unavailable units suddenly became available! So is anyone able to get in here? Seems like a great way for a company to make money.Lastly the apartment manager had said it would take 1-5 business days to hear back. I didn't complete and submit app until well after midnight but my rejection came just 4 hours later? Right!_RentGrow, Inc.

Rentgrow is a horrible program it denies a person for credit history and the information is not up to date at all most other reviews and reasons are for no good reason as well. I applied to ******** to live and was denied because of negative times that have been paid and removed as well as showing a credit score from over 90 days ago. I contacted an agent at the property I applied to and she states there is nothing they can do. I say there has to be an error because I have reached out to experian and checked several of my own credit monitoring systems. She stated "IT" said you were denied for such reasons so there is nothing I can do but you can apply with someone with stronger credit she says there is nothing THEY can do im starting to believe there is something else underlining their decision making. She was very rude about it as if Itbwas an issue that I was reaching out with concerns and pointing out that human errors are possible her only response was get a co-signer with stronger credit instated Im not going to reapply when my credit is up to par the system let screening was done incorrectly she then ended the call when putting in applications for rentals please inquire if they use this program so you dont waste money or time on applications. I have less than 3 weeks to move and calling consumers is only making this process longer for me.if I could put zero stars I wouldRentGrow, Inc.
