      I HAVE NEVER BEEN DENIED AN APARTMENT! Only asked to pay a higher deposit. I have NO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND! AND HAVE NEVER BEEN EVICTED! I provided proof that I paid a judgment that was filed against me. I paid so that I would be able to get an apartment and nothing be held against me. This is not right that you are picking and choosing who gets to be homeless. You also stated that I was denied because I have minor late credit payments. KEYWORD, MINOR!! SO WHY EVEN HOLD IT AGAINST ME?? A lot of people are having problems due to the pandemic and the astronomical rise in rent but I paid. Some of us are just trying to bounce back but continue to be stepped on. Please give people a chance. I have worked hard on trying to rebuild and this was just another unexpected blow.

      I make 6k monthly and have a median credit score of 638 I got denied for a repo back in 2017. I was applying for an apartment not a house or car! I was also denied a refund and the apartments policy clearly stated if denied a refund is allowed! This company is terrible and the metrics they use to qualify/approve is beyond strict!

      Worst business ever. I almost dont want to move into the apartment anymore only because they use this horrible company. My boyfriend and I applied for an apartment a month ago and are still waiting on his background check. Every time I call I get different information. They told me it would be done today, the 20th, now I am being told maybe tomorrow or the next day. I get that they source another company to collect court documents but heres a thought!! Dont use a company you cant get ahold of to provide accurate ETAs. Not sure if youre aware, but you guys are a key component in deciding when and if people move into a home. Being the horrible unorganized company you are really messes with peoples lives. I hope to never have to go through rentgrow again.

As we explained when you contacted us previously, because RentGrow relies on information that is sometimes collected by others, including in this case a supplemental search related to a co-applicant, the turn-around times can be entirely outside of RentGrows control. RentGrow strives to complete the screening process as quickly as possible and in this case the application screening was fully completed and the property where you and your co-applicant applied was notified of the results on September 20.       This is the worst customer service, I have been dealing with them since aug 18th, 22 its now sept 16th 22. They told me they would re run the approvals once I did everything to fix my situation now they r taking everything back and r spinning a whole different story worsts company every not management not a single employee knows what they r doing, They r not qualified to operate this business sometime I wasnt even aware of bc old complex never informed me of and they dont want to help just wasted ur time

      I WAS DENIED DUE TO CHARGE OFFS WITH NO EVICATIONS OR ****** RECORD & INCOME ***** A MONTH. I WAS NOT OFFERED DOUBLE DEPOSIT OR ANYTHNG JUST A EMAIL STATING I WAS DENIED WITH IN 2 DAYS...THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND REFUSES TO HELD THEM SELFS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE ***** THEY ARE DOING THEN BLAME THE COMPLEX WHEN THEIR ONLY LEASING AGENTS... AND THE 275 WILL BE DISPUTED WITH MY BANK SINCE IT WILL TAKE 4WEEKS TO GET REFUND WHEN IT ONLY TOOK YOU ALL LESS THAN 24HRS TO DENY MY APP

      Quiet honestly rental companies should stop using this company. They report I have a large number of charge offs which I can only assume it is the bankruptcy I filed in 2019. My credit score is 650 and I make $55k plus have a side business that brings in $1500 more a month, but I have been denied from 3 places because they use this company. It is ridiculous that I can qualify to buy a house, which I am waiting for prices to drop, but can't get approved for a $1,110 apartment based off of RentGrow's assessment. With all these bad reviews they shouldn't be allowed to conduct business in *****************.

      When they said tenant screening they mean screening, rent grow pulled up every little tiny single detailed about me from everything back to 2015-2022, it actually was kinda scary. I live in a very nice luxury town home but got denied by an apartment complex due to RentGrow because i had a repossession for my very first car back in 2016 & that was the only reason why i got denied. Very upsetting. I have great rental history & good income as well.

      They denied my application, said I have severe level of charge-offs when I have ONE from 6 years ago, and its impossible to get ahold of anyone! They are unhelpful, unfriendly, and complexes should do better than to use this awful screening company!!!

      Rent Grow is reporting fraudulent information about me. Because of Rent Grow I have been DENIED 5 times in this past month for apartments I have applied to live at. Rent Grow is not answering their phone. If this happens again and this is not rectified I WILL get an attorney and *** Rent Grow. I want Rent Grow to stop reporting false information.
