      Hopper is a scam. They promise one price and then when you book it, they end up charging a more expensive price. Also they advertised for a queen ****** suite and so I booked it. When I got to the hotel at check in, I was given a double bed instead. Hopper didnt send an email about their mistake until 4hrs after I checked in and at that time it was too late. I couldnt cancel because there was not another hotel room a available in the vicinity. I have had back to back horrible experiences with hopper and all they did was offer me a $12 credit instead of making it right. Stay away from Hopper!!!

      Hopper busoness practices is scamming. Do not book hotel or airline tickets they will not refund or hold your purchase amount on your credit card. No customer services to talk to just computerize bot that doesn't give you option to speak to anyone. Hopper is a scam business out of ****** not in USA. People please DONT BOOK THRU HOPPER we are being scammed out of our money. My credit card has my hotel purchase it is pending even though manager canceled my reservation Dont book with Red Roof in they want $75 incidentals on rooms that need to be torn down by health Department

      I was on the hopper app looking at a flight, my credit card information popped up so I clicked it. It did not tell me any information about it, the next day I looked at my online banking and I have a charge on my credit card from it. I had no idea what it was even for. It took me forever to find how to even contact customer service and then when I did they told me this fee was non refundable. This fee for what!? I didnt even know what I paid for. The fact there was no information even provided about the fee and how they just quickly charged my credit card is extremely disappointed. Ive always thought hopper was a good app, but not anymore. They were not accommodating and the amount of effort and time I have put in to get my money back is ridiculous from a simple click.

      Very dissatisfied with hoppers price freeze I did a price freeze for a hotel in ibiza and locked in the price at $388/night, I was charged $200. When I proceeded to book the price came out to $31,000 for 3 nights!!! Over ****** a night how can hopper put in very fine print that the price lock has a maximum savings of $300 total? How could this be such a drastic difference? I am so disappointed because Ive used them many times before and never had an issue. This time they didnt even care when I asked for my $200 back. It feels like a big scam to me

      CLASSIC *************** booked ANY PAID $380.** for a crucial business trip on Hopper app two days ago. My bank account was IMMEDIATELY accessed by Hopper App. There was no confirmation ever sent from or on the Hopper App website, to my email & get this: my bank is unwilling to help me at all. They can not even give me a phone #. The anxiety is 100% unnecessary. They asked the question: "Will you give up your seat while I was booking & I clicked "No.". I don't have the money to book another flight that now is less than seven days advanced purchase so the price is now $1,600.00 round trip. I have DAMAGES. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST HOPPER APP.

      Do NOT use Hopper! One hotel, there wasn't a microwave or mini fridge (Hopper said room would include that), so I had to pay extra once I got to the hotel. Next hotel, price was $75 on app but I was charged $106+. **************** is non existent. Some guy named Amyr (******, ***********) gave himself a $30 tip! I am currently disputing charges with my credit card company. Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!
