Company is a scam company that will immediately charge your credit or debit card there extra fees that they refuse to reimburse you account, even if you decide to cancel everything during the initial session. There are no humans to talk with, to ask questions directly. I had to dispute the funds taken from my account, even after Hopper told me that they canceled everything for me. They are a SCAM company. I was able to book directly with another hotel on my own and save money.Hopper USA, Inc.

This business is a scam and has no interest in maintaining good customer service. If everything goes perfectly, you will be fine, but if it does not, they take no accountability whatsoever. They admitted to me that I received an error message after attempting my price freeze purchase, but could not seem to understand why that would cause some one to go attempt to purchase again. I have asked twice and they cannot even confirm to me that the deal that popped up when I went to purchase was actually applied to my transaction.Hopper USA, Inc.

I have never had so much trouble with a booking agency. I am a traveling nurse and have to stay in hotels often. I booked a room for 5 days through Hopper costing $307.40. I specifically ********* now so that I may use discounts and vouchers. When I get to the hotel they try to make me pay again . I called Hopper and they state that I pressed pay later, but Hopper had already taken the $307.40 out of my account. Now they are stating they cannot find my transaction when I have sent them my screenshots multiple Times of hoppers charge and when it was taken from my account. I've had to call multiple times just to have someone email me back. I've asked for a voucher to at least cover a night in a hotel even a cheaper one but they said the only voucher they are able to provide is worth 30 bucks which Is ridiculous because in SD County you will not find a hotel for that cheap.Hopper USA, Inc.

This app is not user friendly. They refused to give a refund. I purchased a flight months ago, but not their insurance. When you go into the app they have a one/swipe button to purchase insurance. I went into the app to look for another flight and I guess I accidentally swiped on it. The customer service representative showed an "example" of a little notification that will say "Trip extras successfully added to your trip". I was unaware of the purchase until I saw it on my credit card. I NEVER received a confirmation email. The customer service representatives said the company is still working on post flight purchases email notifications. They said I could have dispute in 24hrs. But how? The purchase was on a Friday, so I didn't see the charge until today, Tuesday. They didn't send a confirmation email ( which I have screen shot proof of them admitting it). I thought I was hacked because of the lack of email. Even in the app when I'm looking at my upcoming flight it doesn't say I have travel insurance. I only knew because another person said I might have purchased the insurance if I didn't see the green one/swipe icon at the bottom. You can't make something non refundable and also make it a one swipe purchase. There needs to be a hard stop asking, " Are you sure you want to purchase it? It's non refundable." How can a company have a non refund policy when the insurance was a one swipe purchase? And how can I dispute it within 24hrs without even a confirmation email. Side note: I do expect customer service to be polite and they were polite. But you're still a business, please stop using emojis when communicating. That seems very unprofessional; especially when you won't resolve the issue.Hopper USA, Inc.

The Hopper app is not user friendly and incredibly confusing. I didnt realize the price freeze would charge my card, I thought it was a temporary freeze so I could keep browsing hotels. When I realized the mistake I contacted hopper within 10 minutes of the purchase. I told them the error and they are Im assuming not humans and just robots behind the computer screen. They refused to refund the freeze price. Judging by the other reviews I get how they make their money now. Worst company ever and terrible customer service. I will be disputing the charges with my bank.Hopper USA, Inc.

We booked an International Trip through Hopper in Dec 2021. Here we are in 9/2022 and the flight was cancelled for March 2023. I was told there were no other options as all flights were booked. I looked on American Airlines and found a flight for another day. So, i reached back out to the Hopper Agent and I was told they are only able to book alternate flights + or - a day. So, my entire trip had to be refunded because you can't reschedule me for 2 days out. I was originally leaving Tuesday and found a flight for Sunday. This trip was more about the experience, going home after 16 years. I was so disappointed. I called American they say it's out of their hands Hopper says it's out of their hands. We are talking about a $3000.00 trip just cancelled for my whole family. Way to show customer service. I won't ever be booking through Hopper or any third-party vendor again.Hopper USA, Inc.

They are the worst. After having an awful experience last year booking flights with them that you kept changing, I decided to give them a second chance when ***** redirected me to them to book a first class round trip to Newark. I opted to buy a price freeze and when I clicked to buy the actual ticket, was presented with options, none of which were the previously selected first class flight. To boot, all their options to contact customer service either didnt work (via clicking) or redirected me to a recording saying that the request (a variety of them, as I tried different options) is not serviceable by phone. The price freeze cost me $17 but the amount is not the point. And this has nothing to do with navigating complex technology (which shouldnt happen anyway) as I am very agile in that department (engineering degree). They are no different than those scam artists from abroad that torment innocent consumers. The word fraud comes to mind.Hopper USA, Inc.

Bought the hotel reservations through Hopper on 17th of Aug 2022 I booked ************************** hotel 12 days **************** keep Changing my room , when I talked to them regarding bugs and bugs and fillth in hotel , hotel said we will refund you for 5 unused night .Now hopper is not refunding my money which is almost $500 . I dont believe they are doing this and no one is taking action .My confirmation number -MG32KBQMMV8L Name , ********************* Check inn date Aug 17th 2020 .Hope someone will help me with this .Otherwise Ppl please do not use this site .P:S they will keep sending you standard emails and nobody pick up the phone on customer service unless you dial new reservations.Its like scam website , please shut it down please .Now when everyone needed there money the most they are scamming ppl . I bought a ticket for $240.10 that was going to be charged to my credit card. When I received the receipt a day or so later the charge was $310.49. All these fees added most of which were no refundable. Do NOT use this app.Hopper USA, Inc.

I used the hopper app because my friends recommended it. I purchased a flights to and from *********, ** with them. I purchased all of the necessary insurance because they kept advertising it as i went through my purchase. As advertised, it said 100% money back guarantee if I needed to cancel or if anything happened. I was charged $271.96 without baggage fees. I cancelled the flight two days after booking once I found out I cant make it on those days due to unforeseen circumstances. I only received $148 back out of that, plus $12 for the trip insurance itself. Im still short and I need that money. I wouldve NEVER purchased anything if I knew I wouldnt really get my money back for all of the unnecessary add-ons I purchased. I tried to contact customer service, and the automated system kept hanging up on me. This business is terrible along with my entire booking experience.
