    I LOVE my Suvie! My husband and I are able to eat better and cheaper by eating at home with our Suvie. Its so easy! Yesterday I was able to weed my garden and have dinner ready by the time I was finished. Its totally been a game changer.

    I really like my kitchen robot. It is easy to use, set up is easy, and the customer service I received so far has been phenomenal! It didnt take a long time for my oven to finally reach me, but I think it was worth the wait.

    Amazing easy healthy food. I can put a human body back together. But am a horrible cook. Suvie offers healthy food that has truly minimal prep and perfect cooking through the Suvie device. I also adore the cooling option where I can put everything in frozen and the device keeps it cool until the preset time to be completed.

    I decided not to purchase product. Emailed customer service to cancel order and refund my money. Almost two months later no refund. They initially state a refund will be completed in 21 business days. When that didnt happen a follow up email to customer service was replied one week. Two weeks later no money. Had to file a dispute with bank to get money. They claim to be a small business. Unfortunately with this experience and bad business practice they will stay a small business if not fail.

    The coating of the oven arrived chipped off and with scratches inside. There was a dent as well (from the way it was packaged, the damage did not happen during shipping. They literally packaged it knowing the condition it was in.) Not only do you have to wait almost two months to get your oven, but you don't get it in a good condition. I doubt I received a new oven. Cooking in an oven with a piece of coating that is chipped off is unsafe and unacceptable. Gaslighting me with a small discount for food I don't want to buy will never compensate for spending $299 on the Suvie oven that did not come in a new condition (they ignored my question about the scratches and chipping in their followup email, and only addressed the dents saying it happened during their testing, which is an unacceptable excuse when I paid for a new item that was suppose to be in a new condition). I regret ordering this nightmare.

    I am so incredibly happy with my purchase of the Suvie robot oven! It has changed my life! We have been eating healthy home cooked meals every night. Instead of being tired and ordering take out that is expensive at end of day, the alarm goes off on app saying dinner is done. Most people start off the day with best of intentions to have healthy day, but being tired you slip. It is a refrigerator and oven in one! Its like someone looked at my life and said this is exactly what you need! Frozen or not it, it always turns out perfect. It is the perfect size, I like the clean modern look and has worked really well. The customer service has been great. The pricing of meals is reasonable for the meal quality. It also gives recipes for non-Suvie meals which is great. I am so thankful for this product and the health of my husband and I. I love being able to change dinner time if we work late from the app on my phone. I work in ER and I keep telling all the nurses and doctors about it. I will keep sharing on my social media accounts because I want everyone to experience what we have!

    Buyer beware! The initial deal was $299.00 with 14 FREE meals $741.00 later & nothing! Their phone is disconnected & they dont answer emails. *** contacted my bank & sadly this Company is an absolute SCAM!

    Suvie oven and Starchie are truly remarkable kits hen appliances. They are smart, allowing you to easily organize your meals. They cook to perfection regardless of whether you purchase Suvie meals or make on your own. You can clearly give away all those other small appliances. Ive never been so impressed with products. Suvie is great and their team is totally responsive to questions.

    We purchased our Suvie on September 14th with the expectation we would not receive the appliance for 3-4 weeks after purchase which is clearly stated on their website. The week of October 9th all the Suvie meals we ordered showed up, but NO Suvie appliance. On October 10th we reached out to Suvie and asked when we should expect to see out appliance? Suvie replied back it would be a "few more weeks! due to back orders!" Okay, then why send us all the food first?? We have no way of making these meals and they have completely taken up all the room in our freezer. There's no room right now for a turkey or any holiday food which is right around the corner, it's November 7th and still NO SUVIE!! ***** reached out to Suvie (again) this morning and Suvie tried explaining "Supply and Demand issues!" to my husband who is a Supply Logistics Officer for the ******* -_-. Once my ***** explained his job and vast knowledge of supply and demand Suvie responded with, "We have a new shipment of appliances coming in NEXT week. We will ship them according to your place in the que!" However, Suvie would not tell my hubby where our place is in the que so we still have zero clue if our $800 appliance will get here by Thanksgiving, Christmas or NEXT YEAR!! I would have no issues with waiting until next year if Suvie had been honest and up front with their customers and stated clearly on their website, Due to high demand the wait time for your appliance is UNDETERMINED at this time instead of still stating it is a "3-4 week wait" and do NOT send the meals ahead of time since they only have shelf life of 6 mos. Unfortunately, our eldest son thanks for our recommendation also bought his Suvie on the same day as mom and dad and he still has not received his order either, will NOT recommend this company to anyone else...EVER!!
