    This company has some mismanagement issues, and really needs to work on managing customers expectations, and their general operations. For me, its not ok to hold a clients money hostage for nearly a week for a product you knew you couldnt delivery and then give your client no real explanation, and no real resolution for failing to deliver. No surprise there's a note for this business that my issue is common. I had picked out meals for an order on Wednesday, September 20th to be delivered the following Tuesday the 26th. It was a rather large order, and what we received was only about 2/3 of what I actually ordered. I had received no communication about issues with my order, and I had only been provided one tracking number, which was the box I received. Suvie customer service does not have a phone number, so you can only reach out via email so the resolution time and actually getting a response is less than ideal when theres an issue like this. I emailed support and I did receive an email saying that they were looking into the issue with their Fulfillment team. Seemed promising. Its now over 24 hours later, I have emailed them two additional times and I have not received any further communication from an actual person with their customer service department. Instead, I did receive a default, boiler plate email saying that due to an unforeseen supply shortage, they would not be able to ship certain meals and sorry for any inconvenience and I should receive a full refund. So in review, Suvie took my money on Wednesday of the week prior, ordered supplies for meals, did not get those supplies, and in response did not make those meals, and therefore had no intention and no way of sending them to me, and then at no point was I the customer informed, issued a refund, or given the option to choose alternative meals. Very poor customer service

    I feel like I can now leave a review based on my experience with Suvie as I have both received and tried several products (as agreed) and had a problem that was resolved in an efficient manner. I forgot to choose my meals for the Suvie meal box and was assigned some that I knew Id never eat. Even though it was after the cutoff and it was my fault, the customer service team was happy to accommodate my meal choices. Thats great customer service! I am loving ********************* products and meals.

    Suvie has changed the way my family eats dinner. I never had time to cook before and now I can fix it before work and have it ready when I get home. Nothing better than that!!

    I have been using the Suvie cooking system since version 1.0. I discovered it while looking for ways to decrease the time spent cooking meals. I retired while my wife continued working, so I volunteered to take over the cooking chores. Being an IT developer for over 45 years, figuring out ways to automate manual processes comes second nature to me. As a result of getting in early, I have been able to provide lots of feedback to the Suvie team and have been able to work through some initial bumps along the way. Overall, this is an incredible robot system. I use both the main Suvie unit and the Starch unit. I am still waiting for the complete integration of the two units but am managing in the meantime. One of the best features of this system is its ability to schedule meals for a future completion time. It does an incredible job of keeping the food cool in the unit until it is time to cook it. The preciseness of the start to finish time is one of its highlights. When my wife gives me a time she expects to be home from work, I can set up the schedule to match her arrival to the minute. The variety of food meal options continues to increase as time goes on. We have a few favorites and have especially enjoyed the salmon selections. Even without the pre-packaged meals, the Suvie system is easy to program your own meals from scratch. I have vacuum packed beef filets that I then sous-vide in the Suvie using the completion time and temperature. It has been an amazing appliance in our home. My wife who was not initially impressed due to the cost has become a major fan. It means she doesn't have to cook, the meals are prepared on time, there is a minimal amount of post meal cleanup, we are eating more healthy meals at home than ever before. Finally, I enjoy the ease in meal preparation. Plus I believe I would have struggled with being consistent if the preparation process had been a difficult and time consuming task.

    My experience has been a nightmare. I purchased the Suvie package that included the starch / grain cooker and all accessories. I thought this would be perfect due to working long hours and the prospect of having dinner ready when I get home. I received the oven late and nothing else. After dealing with customer service they sent out the starch cooker late. I never received the accessories as of march 2023. It did not work the way I anticipated it to and so I returned it. I have been fighting with them since march for a refund. Still nothing to date. Affirm is going to charge me interest until they receive the refund. This is an absolute nightmare. I wish I would have never made this purchase.

    I love my Suvie!I love the food. It is healthy and tastes amazing. They offer a variety to choose from and are continuously adding more options. It is affordable, There app is easy to use and offers a ton of recipes you can create on your own. I have joined a ************** that has made the experience so much better being able to share all the joys of being a Suvie owner!

    The Suvie truly is my best investment as far as kitchen appliances and convenience. I havent had a disappointing Suvie meal or a meal Ive made myself. Totally worth it!

    I ordered the Suvie for Mothers day and I have loved it. We own a farm so have a lot of our own protein and its awesome to be able to throw in from frozen meat, add some veggies at night and set it for dinner the next night! Their premade meals are yummy and take the guess work out. I personally like the integration with my IPhone to be able to adjust dinner timing if im running late from work!
