  We used CustomMade for both my fiancee's engagement ring and our wedding rings. They were awesome from start to finish. From the customer service to the price to the finished product we could not be happier

  Overall experience was fantastic! **************** was great; very responsive and detailed. Photos were sent throughout the process for visual aide to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Updates received when promised. Finished product was exactly what I had hoped for. Delivered by expected date.

  My girlfriend's engagement ring was the most expensive piece of jewelery I've ever purchased and will always probably be. I wanted a custom design that I could say I created. I added our birth stones in the platinum band. I selected and purchased a ************** separately and they made it easy to send in and get placed into the setting that I designed. Customade made the whole experience such a joy and the finished product was BREATHTAKING! I was going to wait until November to ask her to marry me but can't wait so I'm going to ask her this coming Friday. Thank you so much Customade for helping me make this dream come true! I highly recommend for anyone who wants to go the custom route, you will not be disappointed!

  From start to finish, Custom Made was a joy to work with on my engagement ring. They were exceptionally patient and understanding of my evolving desires for the ring of our dreams. Even when I received the ring and wasnt certain if I should have gotten a larger centre stone, they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They were very respectful of my budget and even came in under what I had planned for. It was a wonderful experience and I would go back to them for any future designing I would want to do. Cannot recommend them enough.

  I'm based in ********* and wanted to get the perfect ring for the proposal. There was a limited number of options here and they were quite expensive so decided to go with CustomMade. Initially, I was just curious about what their free consultation might look like so gave it a go. I was blown away by the level of *********************** they gave and from the first sketch, I never looked back. They were so patient with every little request and making sure they got the details correct. Everything throughout the design process made me feel like I had the freedom to choose and no pressure to buy. The ring turned out perfect and (thankfully) she said yes! We loved the designs and support so much that we went back to get our wedding bands also made and had the same personal and amazing service. Haven't needed to use the post-production service for changes yet but it's also a great offering. The only thing I will say is that it may be a bit challenging to make changes/repairs if you are purchasing from outside the US depending on tax etc. in your country. Would recommend CustomMade to anyone and we're so happy!

  I cant begin to thank this lovely company enough, down from the amazing art team who designed my fiancs dream ring, and managed to put in little Easter eggs of my fiancs favorite things. To the perfect team at customer service, who answered the onslaught of questions with haste and ****** The jewelers who placed the stones and polished it with care and love. The craftsman who forged it with their pride and gusto and brought dreams to reality. These AMAZING people at custom made are all in my debt! They made my dreams become reality and after a month of planning I was given a work of art. They deserve words of gratitude I cannot express, from the bottom of my heart I truly love and appreciate everyone who came together to craft my ring. Thank you for everything youve done! And ps. He said yes!!!!

  I started researching where I could have a ring custom made as I couldn't find what I wanted, but I was sooo anxious about having one made without seeing it in person and the price to do so. I stumbled across CustomMade and after hours of reading reviews, BBB ratings, and a lot of prayers, my husband and I decided to go ahead and start the process. After the first few interactions my anxiety began to lessen. They LISTENED to what I wanted and didn't want, they were so quick to respond, I went back and forth with the designers so many times, I was afraid they would get tired of me, but they were so patient and quick to make any adjustments or changes. They mean it when they say they aren't happy until you are 100% satisfied! The options they give you are just wonderful and I was shocked to find that I could get the ring of my dreams set in platinum, with diamonds and sapphires within my budget! Continuing through the process, I got an email stating, its done BUT.... yep there was a but! During the quality checks there was a gap in the ring that was not suppose to be there! They wouldn't send out a ring that did not meet their standards, they sent me details photos of the gap and explaining the circumstances. They completely remade my ring from scratch to make sure it met the quality standards. While I hated this due to the time delay and remaking it took markedly longer than the original process, the next set of pictures I got showed me everything looked exactly as we had planned and better than I ever could have imagined. Quality, customer care, communication, all A+++ in my book!!!!

  By far the best customer service I have received in as long as I can remember. I had a very specific vision for what I wanted and despite many rounds of revisions I never felt pressured that I was being too picky. They were incredibly helpful, passionate and patient with my project. There was a problem with the centre stone being the wrong size when I received the ring. However, CustomMade paid for all of the shipping to send it back, and they ended up remaking the entire ring for free. I couldn't be happier with the customer service, and my fiance and I both love the final product. Would highly recommend CustomMade!! The ring also came in a super nice white leather box, which was an unexpected bonus! (I mean I knew it would come in a box, it was just way nicer than I was expecting)
