  Hi, i'm ******, and i've received my Custom Necklace.It is really dazzling and beautiful looking, it's also really comfortable and i love it.I worked with 3 teams members : ****, Raf, and Charm. They all were super nice and professional, they were really listening and taking care of everything i asked, it was really good feeling listened and that they were making everything so that i could be satisfied with the their work.Honestly, i was a little bit suspicious at first, cause we never know, but the work they produced and the questions they asked were really building trust.They asked me what materials i prefered, wich size of chain and pendant, what details i wanted, and gave me explicatives notes everytime so that i could understand everything, and they even were available anytime if i had any questions, wich was super great !Honestly, i don't regret trusting them, they did an amazing work, both with the interaction, and the product their team made wich was titanic.Thank to them really much for their kindness and professionalism, i hope they get far !

  Always a great experience. I've been using CustomMade for the past few years and have done some 6-7 projects. Quality is top and the process is simple. I present them with my ideas and what I want and they make it for me. Sometimes the team will give me an idea as far as what may look better and that really helps during the design process.

  CustomMade provides quality service and outstanding value. Im honestly shocked that the prices are as cheap as they are with the level of customization, consultation, public relations, and jewelry quality. I purchased an engagement ring and was blown away at how they turned a running idea into an immaculate piece. Well worth the money. Again, the value these people create is leagues ahead of typical jewelry stores or ****************.

  I would 100% recommend purchasing a custom jewelry piece through CustomMade. They helped me through the entire process and explained things through picture examples which I thought was super cool and helpful. I had to put my project on hold for a couple of months and they had no issues working with me on that. Once I was ready to get back to working on my piece, I could pick up right where I left off with no issues! My final piece turned out amazing! I hope to work with them again someday.

  I would 100% recommend CustomMade. I was very impressed.They helped me design a custom engagement ring, which turned out perfect.The communication is extremely professional and promptly, but they're also very patient and always followed my pace; I had to put the project on hold for a month, and that was no problem at all.

  I have purchased two pieces with Custom Made, both were a wonderful experience. The first piece was a ring, my mother's wedding band duplicated for both myself and my daughter. I had taken the original piece to 4 different jewelers for what I thought would be simple sizing, however all 4 concluded that due to design on the band it could not be sized. I turned to Custom Made to create a copy of the ring and they achieved perfection. Exact match. Needless to say something like this holds much sentimental value and both my daughter any I are so thankful to have this ring.The next project was a pendant. This was a combination of dates, places and sayings all around my wedding. The piece is beautiful.The communication from Custom Made is like none I have ever seen. They kept me informed of every step my projects were in, sent proofs along the way and set the standard high for quality work and professionalism. I would not hesitate to work them again for any future projects I may dream up. A true pleasure which is rare.

  My project involved creating an update on a signet ring featuring our family crest from 17th Century *******. Earlier versions of the ring had been made by various jewelers over the years, but they lacked sufficient detail to tell the whole story. CustomMade first created a striking computer illustration of the ring. After I recommended a couple of minor changes, a ring was cast and hand-worked. The ring was impressive, but one detail did not come through as I had hoped. My CustomMade project lead agreed with me, and another ring was cast. This time, the ring was perfect. I will most certainly go back to CustomMade if another copy of the ring is needed in the future.

  I ordered a custom-made signet ring from CustomMade. The design process was very helpful, and the design lead offered some very good suggestions to help me get my project to where I wanted it to be. I was constantly updated on timelines and pricing throughout. Next was production. Again, I was constantly updated on where my project was in the production process. I was then sent photos of the completed piece and asked to approve. When I received the ring, it was the wrong size- due to my misreading the sizer (my eyes aren't what they used to be) but that wasn't a problem. I contacted the production lead, and they sent me a shipping label to return the piece to be re-sized. I got it back and it is perfect! I highly recommend CustomMade. They are professional and provide a quality product and outstanding customer service!

  CustomMade platform and support made it so easy to get exactly what my company wanted. We celebrated franchise partners who had been with us for 15 year by designing custom rings similar to the *** rings. With the support, communication I'm not sure another company could have done so well and delivered the quality CustomMade did. I was truly impressed and delighted with the whole experience. We will have their information for any event needing custom jewelry in the future.

  I was apprehensive at first because it's not a brick and mortar store...BUT, the piece I had made was perfect and the customer service was amazing! All my questions were answered in a timely fashion. From start to finish, they made sure everything was the way I wanted it. Even sending the piece back for a correction. I highly recommend CustomMade! My fiance was stunned!!
