    When I first decided to have ARP quote the re-publishing of Creeping Shadows, I must admit I did it with lots of reservation. But we worked together back and forth, over and over, until all the little wrinkles, one by one just disappeared. ******** **** and the company itself did go the extra mile to satisfy the changes and requirements to make me happy. I am a perfectionist, and strive to make everything just right, so that makes it harder. Not only for me, But for everyone else involved. So again, a special "Thanks" to the company and to everyone there involved who worked on my book.. *****

    I am a self Publishing Author who was contacted by **************************** of "Author Reputation Press" to republish my book with them. I was asked to make a down payment of $600.00 for a book returnability insurance. On Friday April 26th I gave my card and $650.00 was deducted instead. A one sided publishing contract which mostly favored Author Reputation Press and was seeking to own some of my book rights was sent to me. After reading the publishing contract, I refused to sign it and requested that my $650:00 be refunded by April 29th. Today is May 7th and my money has not yet been put back on my card. I sent several email communication and spoke with Mr. *********************** and his staff about my intention not to sign any publishing contract and that my money be refunded yet no refund has been given.
