Absolute scam of a company. Have been trying for 2 months now to move shares out of computershare to another broker and have been sitting under review when their customer service agents continuously say a transfer should take 3-5 business days. **************** is rude and will either place you on hold endlessly or even hang up the phone on you if you are looking for answers! No response to emails whatsoever just actually surprised at how bad it can be at times. **** never leave a dime of money with them again

Terrible to work with and high fees! I would not be here except for the fact my employee stock purchase plan uses them. Cannot wait till I move my shares or sell them.

Absolutely a horrible company to deal with when a family member passes away. I wanted to express my huge dissatisfaction with this company. It took me a year and a half to finally remove my father, who passed away, off of the account to which him and my mother had together. This company made me jump through hoops just to talk to someone on the phone regarding the transfer process. The things I had to do to get all of the paperwork together was absolutely unbelievable. My mother is elderly and could not have done this by herself. I am her power of attorney and that didnt even help me to talk to anyone on her behalf with this company. You would think that when someone passes away that all you would need to provide is a legal original death certificate, but not with this company. It was absolutely a horrible experience just to get my father removed from the account and have myself added. My mother couldnt do anything with the account until we removed my father. She couldnt even sell her stocks. Now I am sure I will have to go through this whole process again when she passes. I really think this company should go back to the round table and rethink this process to which they make people go through when they are grieving.

Going through probate and have been trying to transfer stocks into my parents' estates. A Computershare representative walked me though how to fill out transfer documents (on the phone for 1.5 hr), and then months later I was told I didn't fill out the paperwork correctly. I ended up filling out the paperwork twice for several different company stocks and having to purchase Medallion Stamps every time (it's ~$150/stamp and difficult to get where I live). After sending in documents a second time, they said they received documents for two of the company stocks and not the third company stock. ALL THE DOCUMENTS WERE SENT IN THE SAME ENVELOPE SO HOW DOES THAT WORK?! Called them again and they wanted me to fill out the paperwork a third time. I've been trying to get transfers done for almost a year now. What a joke of a "business". Computershare shouldn't even be in business if this is how they conduct themselves.STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION.

The customer service agents are extremely pleasant and seemingly helpful but that's "where the buck stops". When a transfer order is passed off, the receiving department never completes it and designates the process complete. I've tried to combine two portfolios into one trust, have spent $$ on required signature medallions, filled out a myriad of forms to no avail. ****** and Cardinal Health - find another agent!

The worst. Tried for over 2 weeks to get into my account. Nothing and I kept getting logged out. Used the chat with an agent multiple times. I got "pat" answers without regard to my actual questions. Can't believe reputable companies have this despicable company manage their ESOP plans.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bring customer service back the **********!Ive been trying for over a year to get my online account unlocked for UTMA shares Ive had as a kid. I actually heard a rooster in the background during one of my calls! They are completely unwilling to help me access my shares. Round and round with zero resolution.

Computershare has repeatedly locked my account while I was logging in. After speaking to a Customer Support rep I learned they (a) changed my password without telling me, (b) added security questions I had never provided an answer to to begin with, (c) used paper documents to perform basic computer tasks, like generating new passwords, and (d, my favorite) repeatedly claimed accounts are "only locked for 24 hours" after I explained I had been locked out of my account for more than 2 weeks.

0 stars. My mother left me a few shares of stockits been 6 months with nothing but the runaround from Computershare. Always another form needed or something needs to be re-done, impossible to talk to anybody on the phone, response to mailed correspondence slow. Dont know how they stay in business Very frustrating.

I have to agree with all of the comments, this is the worst customer service and ********************** I have ever dealt with. It is almost impossible to speak with a live person, once you do the connection is unbearable poor and they constantly disconnect the call. I am at my **** end, I don't know if getting an attorney involved is the next best option.
