      Computershare is horrible to work with. Shares from Lockheed ****** were transferred in the interim to these Idiots. Cannot believe what it took to get them moved to the ********** with my financial management company. They are awful. How a reputable company would use Computershare as a middle man is beyond me. Look at other sites, their reviews all reflect very poor service.

      Horrible, lying, thieving organization. I've been trying for several weeks to file a claim on behalf of my late mother's estate. I've received no sympathy, been given extremely unclear and wrong information; and today I was outright lied to. I called to find out the status of my claim I was told that my paperwork had not been received, even though the check I was required to send with it (why?) was cashed last week. I have no expectation of getting what my mother worked hard for and intended to pass on to her grandchildren. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION.

      Worst ever. I've had most all of the issues listed recently below. Plus they will only recognize a ***** of ******** for a few months and then require a letter from an attorney, which will only be good for another few months. And I had to add my name to my mom's account as an owner to get access, which I did not want to do for estate tax purposes. Also, multiple stocks require a separate account/username/password for each holding. No way to go on line and see all holdings on one screen like every other else. For one account I ended up forced to sell one stock with **** shares that cost $162.00. For another account the user name was locked for no apparent reason. **************** said they could not help, but would refer it to a special team. That was last week Thursday. Still locked out.

      It is simply stunning that this company is entrusted with other peoples assets. The first "customer service agent" was so accented as to largely be unintelligible. We had better "luck" with subsequent agents who we could understand but whose collective service was poor. Example: we asked for our stock's investment value on a specific date..... first, they had to physically mail the information which took 2 weeks to arrive and second, they had transcribed the wrong date! Who uses snail mail any more when there are secure means of emailing such information? I could go on, but my best advice is to avoid Computershare like it's the plague.

      Worst financial company I have ever had the misfortune of working with. I owned shares in a non-listed bank which was acquired by a ****. My shares were transferred to Computershare by the merger without my involvement. After trying to use Computershare website, I decided that I had to move the shares to my account at TD Ameritrade. After several attempts to do this, initiated both at Computershare and TD Ameritrade which failed owing to extreme arcane rules, I finally gave up and decided to simply sell all shares. This is when I discovered that the fees were totaly outrageous. Not a lot of money in my case, but also not revealed when **** stuck my shares in this, and then higher than revealed prior to the sale. The disclosure said that the fee would be $25 sales fee (what???? highway robbery!) PLUS $0.12 per share. For my 29 shares I expected a fee of $25 + $3.48 = $28.48. However, they charged $35. I am so glad that I will never have to deal with this company again!!!

      I agree 150% to what everyone has commented on below. I only needed to change the mailing address to my parents account (both parents recently passed away). I followed the processes given to me by the Computershare representative, but the family legal documents that I mailed to them were lost twice (PII information) even though the **** tracking showed it was delivered to the ********* address location. I have been working this address change for over 6 months with no progress due to the intentional delay tactics. I could go on for days about what I have been through just to make a mailing address change. When you ask for a Supervisor the reps put you on hold for 10 to 16 minutes and then disconnect the call.ABSOLUTELY Pathetic!I have my own account with them through my job. I am moving my money out to another reliable company that is customer focused and do not have pathetic representatives and company delay tactics that allow them to continue to make profits on customer funds.Based on all the comments on the BBB website, someone should investigate this company. Its not there money, its the customers.Again, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!

      This company should not be allowed to operate in *****************. Why any company uses this service is unfathomable.Every important transaction must be conducted over MAIL. This company has not updated its policies since the 1980's. I moved my money out as soon as I could (it took 3.5 weeks).Super high fees that are not transparent. **************** cannot provide consistent advice or information.

      They should receive ZERO STARS as a rating. (if there were a negative value to assign them, I would gladly give it). They are extremely difficult to deal with for even the smallest piece of information. They say a document will be mailed - good luck with that - it won't be mailed. They won't answer the most general of questions without going through the whole who's account, what is the address, etc. They have dragged out the most basic account management tasks for almost 18 months now. THEY ****. When you deal with this company be ready to invest months and months of your time.

      No idea why many companies companies use this service to run Employee stock purchase plans. Awful customer service , high fees, difficult to navigate website.

      Worst absolutely worst business to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!I started this cash out process 4.5 months ago and since then I have lost 10k in shares because of the constant run around and horrible customer service. You can't talk to them more than 10 seconds then they become un-understandable and they have to "refresh" their connection.Every time I call I get a different story on what needs to be done. NO clear English. I'm satisfied that by the time this is over I will have lost *****K. All I'm trying to do is a *** and sale These people shouldn't be in business and in charge of your shares.
