I had a wonderful experience getting new windows for our home. From beginning to end Pella was very knowledgeable, professional and I couldn't have been happier with the entire installation process. I have a house out on ********* that needed eight new windows installed in the Cupolla. I went and got quotes and reviewed the products of three different companies before deciding on Pella windows. ********* has a very harsh environment for houses, and I wanted to make sure I installed the product that would endure the wind, the salt and the sun. Right from the beginning, Pella windows was very patient and helpful as we worked through each of my questions and concerns for the project. When I considered all of my options, I decided Pella had the best product and offered the best package. When it came to having the windows, manufactured and installed, the process went so easy. My biggest concern with the other companies I had interviewed was the fact that I would have to arrange for installation myself, or that the company would arrange for the installation, but then the price for the windows would not be what I was quoted. With Pella, the contract included the windows and installation, and it gave me a breakdown of all the costs, and they took care of everything. The windows were manufactured with hardly a waiting time. The installation date was earlier than I had even hoped. The installation went through on time. My tenant at my house, said the installers were very professional, cleaned up all the debris, and the windows came out more beautiful than we had hoped. Pella did two projects for me in last 6 months totaling 27 windows. The team is incredible. All of them: Sales, schedulers in office, project managers and installers. I enjoyed meeting everyone at every step of the way. They are everything you want in customer service. Honesty, Reliability, Knowledgable. They dont try to oversell. Ive actually been advised against certain decisions that would have cost more. installers are always on time, very neat while working and clean up when they are done. My installers even did some unexpected touch up painting when they were done so that my new windows werent accompanied by peeling paint. It was important to them that the room looked perfect, and it did. I will always call Pella for my window and door projectsPella Windows and Doors of Southern New England

We are extremely happy with our experience with Pella. *** arrived on time, showed us a sample window and how to operate it, explained which windows would require full replacement, and gave us the best price from the start without having to negotiate. Our installation crew was great as well - they arrived on time, did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves, and finished right before a cold front came in. We will definitely use and refer Pella and the installation contractor in the future!Pella Windows and Doors of Southern New England
