Pella has outstanding products and customer service. We have purchased a sliding door and a front entry door, and both times they were there every step of the way. We had a very minor issue with the entry door, and they took care of everything. From ordering, delivery and customer service, everything has been top notch!Pella Windows and Doors of Southern New England

We have worked with Pella since 2014 replacing our wood sliders and windows in our 1980's home. We saw the work they did on a neighbor's home and said that's who we want. Our latest project was in 2022 when we replaced three large awning windows. We now have a total of five incredible sliders, seven awning windows, one sliding window and two double hung windows. The cold and the rain are kept outside and the warm summer breezes are welcome on the inside. We worked with great sales people and installers. My experience with Pella has been outstanding. I ordered a dozen replacement windows with the intention of installing them myself. They sat in my garage for 6 months before I decided to unpackaged and install them. One of the windows had a crack, which I'm assuming happened in transit. When I informed Pella they immediately approved a replacement window without any questions. My sales contact, Jim Hannon, also followed up to make sure the replacement order was expedited. I don't think most companies would have responded this way 6 month after delivery. Pella's attention to detail and customer service is outstanding, I'd highly recommend using them.Pella Windows and Doors of Southern New England
