FFR has my name under collection. They solved the case with Action Ambulance and they kept my name under the collection. Ms. *********** account has been closed in our system per our client's request on 1/28/2025. One 1/31/2025, we sent our monthly file to all three credit bureaus and requested that the **** on Ms. *********** credit report be removed entirely. Unfortunately, we have no control as to how long it takes the credit bureaus to process our file. We recommend that she contact the credit bureaus and file a dispute with them. FFR has reported a collection to my credit report, if they are unable to locate the account (that I have no knowledge of) then I demand it be taken off my credit report. I have no responsibility to reach out to a collection agency to assist them validate or invalidate an incorrect debt that they have no record of.
Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.

I receive calls from this place every day. They do not state who they are calling, who they represent, amount they are calling about, or what debt they are trying to collect. Very frustrating. It feels like a scam!Business Response

Ms. ****** account was turned over to our collection agency back on 9/3/2024, we have contacted her numerous times by email, phone, and mail. The email address we have on file matches the address that is in our system so we can only assume that Ms. ***** received the emails and chose not to respond. Due to her lack of communication, we placed a derogatory **** on her credit report. On 1/20/2025, Ms. ***** contacted our agency requesting additional information regarding her account. During the conversation, she confirmed that the date of birth we have is correct, but the mailing address was incorrect. She has never once responded to any of our collection efforts. Due to her lack of communication, we placed a derogatory **** on her credit report on 11/01/2024. We are more than happy to provide her with a breakdown of her balance as well as the signed agreement which states she is responsible for the balance. Ms. ****** account was turned over to our collection agency back on 7/20/2021. We have contacted her numerous times by phone and mail. On9/7/2021, we spoke with Ms. ***** she stated that she was aware the balance was outstanding and that she would need to call us back to discuss the matter further. She did not call us back until 11/3/2021. She confirmed again that she was aware she is responsible for the balance, she asked if we were able to reduce the balance but since we do not own the debt, we are unable to give a discount. We have contacted her many times since that conversation, but she does not respond. We are happy to help her resolve her account, but she must contact our agency at ************. 12/02/2024 I have been getting some automated voice recordings calling from various different phone numbers stating the call is from FFR asking for me to return the call. This is the only business I can find with this name. The recordings recieved are coming from several different phone numbers, no information is left on their message other than that they are a debt collector. There is no other information given and there is no reason for me to be receiving any calls from a business such as this. I have no other information about this company, have never recieved postal mail or any email from them regarding any matter and I am getting very upset with their continued random calls. My private information is being compromised in various data breaches in recent years and I am disgusted with these continued errors being made by various companies.Please take me off of any and all lists immediatly that you may be using to make your calls, it is a disturbing and harassing practice, STOP!Business Response

Since the post office did not indicate that we had an incorrect address, we can only assume that Ms. ********* received the letter. Because we did not receive a response from her, we began to contact her by phone. Due to HIPAA and the sheer respect of consumers' privacy, we do not disclose any information in our messages.
