This collections agency continues to call me off and on, and never explains who they're trying to contact or why in voicemails. I've contacted my bank multiple times this year, as well as my last couple of doctors offices, places I've rented from, universities, etc. and I have no outstanding debts. I have one bank I work with, and they've looked at my credit reports and banking details and haven't found any calls for collections.Business Response

I keep receiving multiple calls and voice messages. I currently do not own anything to anyone. I have no idea why I am being harassed. No information is provided other than the same robocall. This is very frustrating. Blocking their number does nothing. As they will continue to call using other numbers.Business Response

***** from FFR calls multiple times per week about a debt collection. The voicemail the company leaves is a generic recording and comes from several different numbers. I am up to date with all my payments so not sure why they are calling. This company is infuriating!Business Response

This company calls all the time. I tried to block the number but they always have another number. I am not in debt with any company. I am in the us for 11 months. Please, stop calling me. Dear FIRST FINANCIAL RESOURCE *********** am writing to formally dispute and request the removal of an alleged debt from my credit report, which I believe to be fraudulent. I have no knowledge of this account and have never entered into any contractual obligations with your company or the original creditor.The reporting inaccuracies concerning this account violate both **** and ***** regulations. Mr. ****** account was turned over to our collection agency on 3/5/2024, we have contacted him numerous times by mail, phone, and email. On 6/26/2024, we spoke with Mr. ****** he confirmed that he did receive services from our client and that he thought the balance should have been covered by his insurance. We advised him to contact his insurance if he feels they are responsible to pay on his behalf. We provided him with a detailed invoice showing that amount that our client deems him responsible for paying. We have not received a response since sending him the documentation. I have been getting calls and voicemails from many different numbers claiming to be from FFR and asking me to call them back. I have no reason for them to be contacting me and I block the number each time, but they have new phone numbers that they keep calling me. First Financial Resources, *** is a third-party debt collection agency, we work on behalf of businesses to help them collect their past due balances. We do not have contracts with consumers. ********************** has two accounts with our agency, one came to us on 8/21/2019 and the other on 3/1/2024. We spoke with ********************** on 7/17/2024, she requested that we do not contact her by phone any further and would prefer to communicate via mail, we have complied with her request. The response ADMITS that the company/business has NO Contract with me, AND that they are purely a Collection Agency. I have No Obligation or Liability with the company/business, and the posting on my personal credit report by this company/business is not legitimate.
I continue to demand that this post be removed from my credit report.

Again - The business listing is not a liability to me as I do not have a contract with that company. I do not owe anything to FFR. This **** should be removed as I am not liable to FFR for anything.
FFR has not proven that I owe FFR and this is a Fraudulent Report that should be immediately removed from my credit report.

The demographic information she provided with this complaint is the same information we have in our system which was provided to us by our client. We have contacted ************** both by phone and mail numerous times but she has never responded to any of our collection attempts. Due to her lack of communication with our agency, we placed a derogatory **** on her credit report on 3/1/2024. We will be mailing a detailed invoice to her address. I have been receiving robo calls from "***** at FFR" several times per week for months now. I have no debts in collection and have never had any interactions with this company. I have blocked the number and the calls go straight to voicemail - "*****" always leaves the same message asking me to call back a ***** number. The calls come from a 917 area code (as is my phone number). It's too much. Please cease contact!Business Response

This company, FFR, calls me multiple times per week, regarding debt collection. I currently am not in debt collection and have no idea why they call. It's always the same recording - some woman named ***** stating that they're from FFR.
