      **** is selling discounted open ear buds with no ability to return even if they are defective when they arrive (final sale). In other words, you will spend $200 (a discount of $150) on open ear buds and when you get them, if they have a battery fault you wont be able to update them if your computer is USB-C and not plain USB. They dont offer a charger that is USB and the app cant update them via Bluetooth (a clear gap in design). It shouldnt be a stretch for them to send product out that doesnt have a battery fault. They also dont offer a USBc option for the charger, which I would have happily purchased to be able to connect my buds for updates. The blinking fault isnt even pointed out in their trouble shooting documents. **** used to be a leader in sound products and service so they could command their higher price points. Now theyre just like any other company out there relying on past glory while producing substandard products and still asking a premium price. I have 3 Bose products. The 3rd, open ear buds, will be my last Bose product.

      I originally would have given Bose 5 stars. The sound quality and noise cancelling quality of my quiet comfort headphones were sooo good that I purchased the quiet comfort ear buds after a year. It has now not even been three years since I purchased the headphones and the bluetooth stopped working (happened before I even had them two years), the "leather" is peeling and the foam is falling out. My earbuds stopped working too, they won't connect to bluetooth or charge. **************** is a joke, they offered me $50 off. I have spent well over $600 dollars for products that fall apart where my boyfriend purchased a $50 pair of amazon headphones that have lasted longer and look brand new after three years. Do not purchase anything from Bose. They will only work until the warranty is up.

      Had my bose color 2 speaker for less than a year and just quit working. Want me to pay a 55$ repair fee to have it looked at? I paid extra for the Bose name and its junk! Also bought a Bose solo sound bar for my tv and its junk also! Waisted money! Buy another brand! My ** sound bar is amazing working great after 3 years but **** has definitely went down hill! DO NOT BUY!!!!! Id leave a zero star if possible! Told them I just want to send them back so someone can see whats wrong with them that I dont even want it back. Im definitely not paying extra to have them look into it

      Very bad customer service and products! Spent almost $1000 for the soundbar 900 and the speaker is already defective after 2 months use. Came home one day to find out that the right bottom side of the speaker was extremely hot even though it was NOT used the whole day (nobody home)! Worrying about fire hazard, I contacted customer support for a replacement and they said they would ship out new speaker as soon as i dropped off the defective one at **** Its been 2 days since i dropped off the defective speaker at *** and still have not received any email from Bose. Called customer support again and the agent said: I request you to wait - such a joke **** go with Sonos people ********************* and time!

      They do not stand behind their products, $500 Sountouch 20 wireless speaker is not really wireless, convoluted ridiculous setup that is not intuitive and requires hours of troubleshooting when it did work. Now they seem to no longer support it and im stuck with a $500 brick because you get a generic error at the end of setup with zero explanation just cant connect at this time. Countless factory resets updates etc, cant even connect to bluetooth which my $20 amazon basics wireless speakers do instantly and painlessly. How do these people stay in business and have an A plus rating when real customers always review them 1 star out of 5. Robbed

      I purchased a pair of Bose gaming headset over a year ago. Since this is the case the warranty is no longer good.But when you spend amost $400 on a pair of "quality" headphones you'd expect them to work for longer than a year. When I plug in the mic the left ear piece doesn't work. This is for gaming purposes to talk and communicate with other players.Tried to contact customer support to figure a solution, but since it's out of warranty they would only sell me a replacement discounted

      Extremely terrible customer service absolute scumbags I had an issue with my soundbar ************************************* a prepaid label to send it back for repairs Ive done so and apparently *** lost my item because it got delivered somewhere else so I contacted Bose and they told me that they would replace it FOC multipletimes I have proof. Over three weeks go by and I havent received anything so I contacted them back again and apparently they started an investigation and Ive been told over 5 times by the customer support to wait three business days for a response but they will never respond to you so after calling 7 times I finally connected to somebody from the escalation department and I get connected to probably the most scummiest Individual Ive ever spoken to who goes by the name **** he just expressed that *** lost your item thats not our problem you just lost $1200 even after bose stated they would replace my item FOC And making me wait a month and a half for an investigation to see what happened and to come to the simple conclusion *** lost my package and to take it up with them and on the phone he just constantly kept talking over me and dodging every single question I asked him basically pretty much not wanting to take any responsibility for the issue. But luckily I purchased Insurance at *** before sending it out and I contacted *** and I was likely able to get a hold of a supervisor and I sent him all the screenshots and phone call recordings from Bose explain the situation and I was able to get coverage for up to $500 which is better than nothing so this is a warning for everybody to be careful with this company because they are nothing but lying thieves and to go with a more trusted company like JBL or **** The customer service is way better and you wouldnt get swindled out of your money and if you were ever are dealing with a similar situation like me make sure you record all phone calls and screenshot all chats because it will help you
