      I paid $300 for some Bose earbuds one and a half years ago I tried to pair them to a new device and all I got was red and white flashing lights when I called Bose to complain they offered me 25% off of a new pair and said there was nothing else they can do. I would give them one star possible. Their customer service ***** and so do their products

      I bought a sound bar in December, 3 months later is not working we tried to call support but is impossible they want us to do their job I bouts speaker to listen music not to learn how to fix it On top of that they said if we want to fix it I will be like 2 to 4 weeks TERRIBLE SERVICE WORSE PRODUCT AND OVER PRICE I just lost $445 dollars

      I had a recent experience with my still unfulfilled order from last month that has really changed my opinion of the company. On their website they offered a promotion of sending in an older pair of Bose quiet comfort headphones in exchange for a significant discount on their QC45s. From nearly $300 to $200. My older pair I've owned since approximately 2015. I've had to replace the ear pads twice, basically I've spent maybe $60 in 8 years in maintenance. They worked great! So great that I thought to myself, "Yes, I could purchase a new pair at 2/3s the original price." Something that could last me another 8 years was extremely appealing to me. Today, I called customer service to understand why the status of my order was "Waiting for Payment - please contact ****" when A) I've already paid for the new headphones upfront and B) I've already sent in the older headphones (they should have been received on 3/20/23. So for clarification I called customer service after their robot chat support was unhelpful. My first call was going well, until I was disconnected after being placed on hold. After waiting two minutes for a callback, I called the main number again only to then receive that call back. I hung up on the call I was on and accepted the incoming call--which hung up on me after two seconds. Then I called again, this time waiting through the phone menu and selecting the appropriate option, they offered a callback service which I accepted. I was called and before I could respond/before the second ring the call ended. Then they called again, this time I managed to pick up and they hung up. My final call I told the *** to not place me on hold. She was fantastic, able to get to the bottom of my issue. I'm still waiting confirmation that my new pair will be mailed. The truth is it feels like **** took my money, stole my old headphones, and now I'm out cash and headphones. I will update once I have word about the new set.

      Totally disappointed with **** Refund Policy. I purchased a BOSE 700 Base Module on February 27, 2023, that I'm satisfied with, however, I was charged on my credit card $1,017.00 x 2 =$2,034.00 because they sent out two. I returned the second one they confirmed receipt of on March 9, 2023, I was told per their policy it would take between 8 to 12 Business days which I believe is ridiculous. Even more than this I contacted them on March 27th the 12th day and I've yet to be refunded my $1,017.00. This is a very poor business practice and will make it difficult to retain loyal customers.

      Bose A20 AVIATION Headsets needed repaired for a second time due to internal parts wearing out. It was "lost" by *** in transit to bose. *** requires **** to submit a claim for the lost headset since **** created the shipping label. After nearly a month of research, phone calls and emails, **** from the Bose ****************** Team flat out refused to help. He did not say they couldn't help...just that they wouldn't. I am now out $1,000, a headset and a month of my time. Will never buy Bose products again.

      I bought a Sleepbuds II since September 2020, they just stopped working and charging the battery. I performed the troubleshooting but still nothing works. they said one year warranty is what they offer, and they offer a replacement for $185 which is not even a new product but refurbished. I do have Bose products at home but this one has been the most expensive for what it lasted. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR BEING A FIASCO.

      I've had a bose speaker after a year it wasn't charging anymore. Another issue is with my QC35 headphones. They do turn on themselves. It happened 13 months after the purchase so there is no more warranty. On their website, they are offering to send new ones for a discounted price of 200$ I know that this is a common issue. Hope someone will do something about it.

      Worst customer service. I bought 2 Soundlink Revolve +II Bluetooth speakers less then a month ago. They already are shutting off at 80% charge and not charging to 100%. I wish I could get my money back and buy a different brand. DO NOT BUY!

      Worst customer service ever! Complete incompetent time wasters who do not care about their customers. It's not they are being asked to go above and beyond, they are just being asked to actually do their jobs. I'm now seeing everyone else's reviews and I'm wondering why **** is allowing this level of service to continue? I will never purchase directly from them again and I'm not sure I will purchase another Bose product from any other outlet either.
